I ordered two chicken shawarmas and every middle eastern place I have gone to it always comes on a plate with rice and this came in a wrap. I had already paid in cash, then got my order. I noticed it was in a wrap so I asked why it’s not on a plate and the guy said that’s not how we do it, I then asked if it could be swapped and he said not without paying for a new order and your not getting refunded.
