Food absolutely hits the spot every time, one thing I would prefer is if they could leave the fries to get more crispy, this would help keep that texture for deliveries.
My biggest issue with this restaurant is the ridiculous prices for their bottled 500ml soads. You have to be joking me with a $4.61 price tag.. come on guys

The lady who manages in the morning, I think she ended her shift at 7 PM is totally unbothered about the business. Don't even know what to provide as part of the customer service for a simple desert. It took 15 minutes to bring it out. She never told the coworkers to bring it totally bad please avoid this place if you just Like to be left alone after placing the order.

Walked in made an order. They gave me the wrong order and gave me attitude when i pointed that out. Did nothing to rectify their mistake. Food was terrible anyway. This place sucks. So does the service and the employees.

Unnecessarily mean staff, not receptive at all. Got a chicken wrap which barely had any filling. I've been eating at other osmows locations for 4 years now and this was my first time here. Wouldn't repeat my visit
