So disappointed. Used to be a big supporter of osmows, but went today and ordered a chicken shawarma. There was such little chicken in my shawarma, primarily just the bread and veggies/sauce. And of the little chicken that was there, it was the thin, dry burnt scraps. Barely any actual fresh meat. Such a waste of my hard earned money.
Don't bother getting food here, ordered a large box of half n half.
The chicken was not fresh, it was very chewy, the fries were burnt with no salt in it and the rice would make me choke while eating coz it was so dry and very less garlic sauce as well.

Chicken on the rocks was dry. Rice ND chicken both dry. Not enough sauce and even adding extra still too dry. Staff was friendly.
