Last night I went in to grab some food at osmows. I ordered 1 medium chicken on stix and 1 large half veggie half rice w chicken. I got home and I received 2 mediums and my veggies were non existent, I don’t eat French fries and I even mentioned that when I asked the guy if he could do half veggie half rice and he said it’s no problem. I also found a salad I didn’t order that looked like it had sat in a bowl for 2 days. My wife also ordered no sauce and she opened hers to see it LOADED with sauce. She didn’t even eat hers. So we got the wrong sizes, wrong food, and wrong sauce. All in all it was a pretty bad experience. Hopefully someone from osmows can correct this.

Worst Osmows ever. Asked for onions, lettuce and tomatoes and medium spice. Came home and surprised when opened. Falafal is hard to crack with cutlery given. Threw all falafal couldn't eat- like a stone. And rice tests like leftover - overcooked.
I called restaurant and talked to manager about the issue. He tried to teach me SOP how they cook falafal. Great attitude.

Ordered the "15 Oz" chicken only for $20.99 before tax. Asked how its measured and they use a scoop that's assumed to be 5oz. You can't use a volume measurement to measure a consistent weight.
As soon as I got home I weighed just the meat and sure enough it's 14oz. So they rip you off 1 Oz.
Go here if you want under weighed food and to pay full price. Will never go here again. Photo attached after I tore the scale with glass container.

I’d give 0 stars if I could. Every osmows I’ve ever been to is bad, but this one takes the cake. What is this $10 wrap? Falls apart the second I open it and has like 4 pieces of meat in it? Ridiculous

Such a great location! The people working there are so nice, the place is very clean and well kept, and the food is of course delicious! I'm vegan, so I love to get their Beyond Beef on rice with the vegan garlic sauce and tahini dressing. It's delicious and always cooked perfectly! I've been to other locations, but they just make it better here!
