I'll admit we ordered through skip, and I'm so glad because we were able to get a refund. The food given to us was inedible. The chicken was either so over cooked it was rock hard, or it was just batter cooked and passed off as chicken. We have ordered before and it wasn't great, but decided to try again. We won't make that mistake a third time.

Very dissatisfied and disappointed. I ordered using Door dash, and after 30 minutes my order was cancelled because the restaurant could not complete my order. And now I have to wait for my damn hard earned money back from Door Dash. Never ordering from here again. This was my time ordering from this Pagoda, and my last. You only get one chane to make a first impression. And screw you Door Dash.

The guy in the back touches all the food with his hands and no gloves and protection, very unprofessional constantly on the phone not paying attention to the customers in front of him. Very rude to delivery drivers as well.

This place is trash. My rice was HARD as heck! It wasnt even edible! I left it in the fridge for the next day and my mom happen to open it and try it and she spit it right out and threw it in the garbage! It wasnt even cooked . Oh

Got egg Foo Yong, and it was the most disgusting thing I have ever attempted to eat. It was burnt and had chunks of charred bits that look like they came off whatever pan they cooked it in. I would highly highly recommend to avoid this place at all costs.
Terrible chicken balls , we’re hard as a rock obviously they had been recooked ,they were burnt .specialty rice was cold , had no pork , very little chicken, a few cut up bits of shrimp. I could not eat the chicken balls , all overcooked batter , hardly any chicken inside. The owners should be ashamed for sending customers garbage, will never order from pagoda again,

I’ve actually never had a bad experience with Chinese food, until now.We ordered 2 combos that included ChickenFried Rice, sweet and sour chicken balls & Honey Garlic ribs. We got a couple items on the side, but nothing big! Both rice dishes were hard as rocks, not to mention look like it. We had huge rice chunks in both meals . Ribs were overdone and dry, same with the chicken balls. Shanghai noodles were absolutely terrible. We ordered a side of lemon chicken, and it was again, hard as a rock. Supposed to be pan fried but was definitely deep fried 3 weeks before serving cause it was nasty.Don’t order from here unless you like chunky hard rice balls.
