Both times I've been to Paisley I've had delicious coffee and amazing food. It can be hard to find seating depending on the time of the day but they're great for takeout. The staff are friendly, the menu is vast and they're very easy about substitutions. The food is made super fresh so it does take a few minutes but it's so worth it. The music isn't too loud and it's very obviously a relaxing space that community members like to spend time in. Highly recommend and I plan to be back lots.
Tucked away in the west end of Hamilton, not far from McMaster, this cozy little café is a real gem. I had the avocado toast with pickled carrots and cashew spread. It was simple but absolutely packed with flavour. The combination was fresh, bright, and satisfying. The space was busy when I visited, but it still felt warm and welcoming, with a laid-back atmosphere that makes you want to linger. Great spot for a quiet bite or to catch up with a friend. I will definitely be back.
Big fan
Can you guys please have some sort of delivery service! 😭 it's pretty easy to become a merchant with doordash please look into it 🙏🏼
$16.97 for two drinks and a cookie is a bit too much. The coffee was unfortunately below average and so was the chocolate chip cookie. Service was good but felt disappointed with the coffee and cookie.
I love paisleys so much but the kitchen closing information is not accurate and that makes me sad :(
An absolute fantastic coffee shop. They make amazing matcha.
I like a good BLT, fresh crisp lettuce, juicy tomatoes and smoky/salty bacon. I mean who does not like a good BLT. Paisley's delivers. Paisley's has the best BLT in the province, hands down. Best I've had! Sourdough bagel, garlic aioli, OMG! Great atmosphere. Delicious baked goods, friendly staff. This place is a gem.
I’ve given the Paisley a couple of tries and unfortunately it’s not my cup of tea. The sandwiches are not bad but the baked goods are all over the place. The brownie is like eating fudge with a hard edge on it, the chocolate chip cookie tastes like molasses and the muffins are just completely off texture wise. It’s very busy so it might just be me, but if you are picky about your baked goods maybe you won’t enjoy it either. The coffee is descent.
Great food

Very limited seating but the oat cold brew was good!
My wife and I visited this cute little coffeehouse this morning and were very happy with the food quality, good coffee and reasonable price. The “big” breakfast sandwich doesn’t exactly live up to its name, but was very tasty. The Westdale was a bit bigger and had lovely fresh vegetable toppings. 2 breakfast sandwiches and 2 regular coffees for under $30. We’ll be back.
Cool atmosphere . Great food and beverages.
Super cute coffee shop! Baristas gave good recommendations for coffee especially as I was tired, and they had a savoury broccoli and cheese muffin which was awesome to try!
Super cute café! I'm still dating the girl I had a first date with here over a year ago 😂
Seriously though, plz ignore the few stupid & low reviews here. This is a great place.
Update: We are getting married this weekend! Crazy to think it all started here over iced lattes.
