Both times I've been to Paisley I've had delicious coffee and amazing food. It can be hard to find seating depending on the time of the day but they're great for takeout. The staff are friendly, the menu is vast and they're very easy about substitutions. The food is made super fresh so it does take a few minutes but it's so worth it. The music isn't too loud and it's very obviously a relaxing space that community members like to spend time in....
Tucked away in the west end of Hamilton, not far from McMaster, this cozy little café is a real gem. I had the avocado toast with pickled carrots and cashew spread. It was simple but absolutely packed with flavour. The combination was fresh, bright, and satisfying. The space was busy when I visited, but it still felt warm and welcoming, with a laid-back atmosphere that makes you want to linger. Great spot for a quiet bite or to catch up with a friend. I will definitely be back.
I like a good BLT, fresh crisp lettuce, juicy tomatoes and smoky/salty bacon. I mean who does not like a good BLT. Paisley's delivers. Paisley's has the best BLT in the province, hands down. Best I've had! Sourdough bagel, garlic aioli, OMG! Great atmosphere. Delicious baked goods, friendly staff. This place is a gem.
