I went to order a large pizza. After struggling to complete my very basic order, I waited for 10 mins in my car. I went in to check on my order and saw a single female worker making my pizza with her bare hands, and NO GLOVES ON. Sticking her dirty bare hands into not only my pizza but all the toppings.
I complained asked for a new pizza. She said yes than walked off to talk on the phone. Started remaking another pizza again with bare hands in dirty conditions. When I asked for my money back she said she had to call a manager cause she didn’t know how.
Turn out it was 1 single worker in the whole restaurant, who doesn’t speak English, no manager, and apparently no health and safety regulations.
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!! You guys should be shut down immediately

We ordered a Philly cheesesteak papadia thinking that it might look somewhat similar to the picture in the flyer which shows it full of toppings and when we opened it there was two small pieces of steak on the entire thing and barely any toppings…it’s pretty much a folded small pizza with a couple of toppings in it…nothing great! Will not be buying these again. I was really hoping that this would be my new place for a good Philly cheesesteak sandwich

Tried it for the first time—nothing special, to be honest. The pizza lacked any signature flavor and felt pretty generic. No disrespect if you enjoy it, but it’s just not for me. I wouldn’t recommend it—tastes like your typical franchise-style pizza

The pizza here is just so bloody *mediocre*.
Where is Papa Johns even supposed to sit in the vast pizza landscape of Hamilton? It's a chain whose motto is "Better Ingredients - Better Pizza." So I think it's supposed to sit somewhere above Pizza Pizza and Little Caesars (which I don't personally agree is true - but hey, I think that's what they're *trying* to go for) and higher-end independent pizzerias.
I honestly couldn't tell you the difference between this pizza and some generic 'el cheapo' pizza like 241, Gino's etc. There is literally nothing about it that makes it noticeably a cut above any other chain. The crust, cheese, sauce and toppings are all just right down the middle, bog-standard-tasting fare.
For pretty much the same price point you can get Diana's Pizza just over on Kenilworth. I would recommend going that route, or trying something higher end/independent if you want another style of pizza.
Papa Johns and its mediocrity can just go take a hike.

Ordered through uber. Ordered a pepperoni, anchovies, and green olives. It was missing the anchovies. I also ordered a bacon, pineapple, and jalapeño. It came as a pepperoni and pineapple. We ordered zesty sauce and we only got garlic. Basically an entirely wrong order and received $7 refund on the $32 order. I will not come back here as they apparently don’t read the order.
Don't order their wings. Asked for them well done and they're cooked but the skin is mucky. Not the first time. Pizza is great though

Usually great pizza, but ordering on Uber eats it looks like instructions get confusing for employees. Tried to choose olives on half and ended up with two pizzas that have all toppings on half and just cheese on the other side. Considering how much toppings cost I have no idea how that mistake would be made since I had like $10 in toppings listed so, just disappointing. If you're going to order from them, do not use Uber eats.
