Worst experience ever: I’ve Bought Papa John pizzas here since they opened the last few months have changed I always order two extra large the works pizza🍕 disgusting now they hardly put any toppings green pepper you get a few inches here there they don’t cover the pizza like they used to and the onions are bad. We had to throw the pizzas out. The last ones we ordered just absolutely sickening. It’s like a two year-old make the pizza. There was only one lady doing the pizzas taking the calls and they were rock hard guess they were left in the oven too long tasted like I was eating a cracker gross never again. This location is really rundown. Now I am dirty and the owner popped in. He came at me saying did you park your white truck out in the back, I was taking a back so rude no, I have a black truck and I parked it where I’m supposed to park and then he left weird customer service just not consistent and that was the worst pizza🍕 ever. I’ll never be Back.

The gentleman who i talked to was rude. They have no common sense. Ordered food and instead of calling me like someone would if they didnt know what I meant they decided to send wrong food to me. Terrible business and terrible worker. Someone needs to get fired.

Excessive wait time and understaffed. When doing deliveries I have to wait 10 extra minute to get the pizza. There is literally one person working in there!

Not sure if employees can't read, or just don't care, but it's literally a 50-50 shot at your order being correct, and I'm officially done playing the odds.

I ordered a pizza from the Papa John’s at 663 Fennell Ave East, Hamilton, and found multiple hairs baked into it. I reported the issue immediately, but the store manager never contacted me as promised. Customer service gave me conflicting information and falsely claimed I was offered a free pizza, which I never received. Despite multiple calls and assurances, I have yet to get a refund or any proper follow-up. Extremely disappointed by the lack of hygiene and poor customer service. I cannot recommend this location.
