Asked for a stuffed crust large pepperoni, when we came back we got a normal crust pizza. When asked we were told we didn't ask for that and that we should know they don't do stuffed crust in that size. It was pretty pricey for that pizza too, just get anything from anywhere else and you'll be happier.

Employee input the order wing, charged us for the wrong thing, then didnt tell us til we came to get the order and it was wrong and she said essentially that it was our fault for not knowing that we got charged for the wrong thing then walked in the back. Wouldnt recommend, not even good.

This is my 2nd review, as my original review would not allow me to add photos/videos for some reason.Evidence of the undercooked pizza which I was pretty much being called a liar over. Also, it seems it is not true that no one complains about your pizza quality. You have just over 3 stars.I wish I had read these reviews before coming here and known that should not spend our hard earned money here. ... as someone else said in the reviews... "if you work hard, I would not spend your hard earned money here".

Ordered online.Paid for extra pepperoni, looked like a plain cheese pizza.Chicken wings tasted gamy.Even for a fast food spot, 3.6 stars is quite low. Find another location or go somewhere else for your own good if you see this review.

I was used to Papa Johns in NJ and the Canadian store is no less. Great affordable and tasty choices and attentive staff. I dined in and it was clean and spacious. Maybe the dine-in facilities could be enhanced to have more customers like me there. I'd love free WiFi and somewhere to charge my phone?. Then I'd just eat and eat and a washroom would be a plus. However, it is still a very great spot for web-in, phone-in or walk-in customers.Parking: Reasonable amount of spots in plaza settingKid-friendliness: Kids will love the choices hereWheelchair accessibility: You can wheel right in

Over all food was not good, very disappointed. Wings not done well, barrier in to much sauce. Pizza was not well cook as ordered. Won't be back.

Ordered a pizza for pick up asked for pepperonis pizza onions on all of it extra pepperoni on one half and green olives on the other side. I have never gotten a pizza with such a pathetic amount of toppings. I live in binbrook and when I’m in Hamilton I get at a pizza at the fennel avenue store. Very disappointing!

Ordered online and picked up in store. I am so grateful that the woman working tonight was not only generous with adding a few extra peppers on the side, but also didn't charge me for it and didn't break my $5. That shows you the good with a business. I usually get delivery and tip but a ride out of the house was nice. There are good people out there !! Will definitely be back. The pizza was perfect!
