Ok so I place my order at 11:40 A.M. Was told to pick it up in 30 mins, that's fine. I get there and they just started my order. Oh great, I just wasted my entire lunch waiting for my food, I go back to get my order and they can't fulfill it. Staff is completely incompetent. I am not a happy customer. This company is rediculous. I'd stay away from this place. The food isn't even that good. I'd go elsewhere!

With the abundance of pizza in the city, avoid this one. The photo is off an extra pepperoni and extra mushroom pizza we ordered a couple days ago. We should have read the reviews before ordering because the low ratings are valid and our order confirmed this. Won't be ordering from here again.

I ordered from Uber Eats with Papa Johns 2 for 1 deal - I was incredibly indecisive tonight and wanted the best of both worlds, I was going to quietly just leave a note within the app to request the 2 for 1 deal but have two different kinds of pizza instead of the same. I’m not the best with asking out loud bc I hate to be a pain or confuse anyone bc I easily do that but the girl I spoke with was very polite and kind and accommodating. I didn’t expect a yes bc I know rules are rules but you never know unless you ask and it she said no I would totally understand but she didn’t and papa johns on Main Street made my son and I very happy and now we can both enjoy our own, zesty trio for me (mom) and ultimate pepperoni for my picky 9 year old. Can’t wait!! Thank you!!
Worst pizza place. I am amazed how they can make a simple pizza so awful. I tried several times then I give up on hope of this place. Had to drive far to get Domino instead.
Especially there is this one short guy who seem to be a manager. When it is his shift to make your pizza you should just walk away if you do not want to ruin your meal. He counts the bare minimum number/quantity of ingredients to put on your pizza. Last time I had only ten pepperonis on my pizza with cheese too thin you could see red base. I called the main office to complain with the photo but they did nothing to fix it. Not going back again.

I’m never coming back here again the food was terrible and salty. I paid 6.00 extra for garlic stuff crust and it was salty I couldn’t eat it.

They removed the inside seating for literally no reason. You can no longer eat in, or sit down while waiting for your food to get made. This decision makes no sense because the store was never lacking space to begin with, and now feels completely empty. I will not be going back anymore
