I ordered from Uber Eats with Papa Johns 2 for 1 deal - I was incredibly indecisive tonight and wanted the best of both worlds, I was going to quietly just leave a note within the app to request the 2 for 1 deal but have two different kinds of pizza instead of the same. I’m not the best with asking out loud bc I hate to be a pain or confuse anyone bc I easily do that but the girl I spoke with was very polite and kind and accommodating. I didn’t expect a yes bc I know rules are rules but you never know unless you ask and it she said no I would totally understand but she didn’t and papa johns on Main Street made my son and I very happy and now we can both enjoy our own, zesty trio for me (mom) and ultimate pepperoni for my picky 9 year old. Can’t wait!! Thank you!!

Worst pizza place. I am amazed how they can make a simple pizza so awful. I tried several times then I give up on hope of this place. Had to drive far to get Domino instead.
Especially there is this one short guy who seem to be a manager. When it is his shift to make your pizza you should just walk away if you do not want to ruin your meal. He counts the bare minimum number/quantity of ingredients to put on your pizza. Last time I had only ten pepperonis on my pizza with cheese too thin you could see red base. I called the main office to complain with the photo but they did nothing to fix it. Not going back again.

They removed the inside seating for literally no reason. You can no longer eat in, or sit down while waiting for your food to get made. This decision makes no sense because the store was never lacking space to begin with, and now feels completely empty. I will not be going back anymore

After waiting ten mins to even order, we were told twenty mins. Fourty five mins later we finally got up to the counter and start asking where it is. We are being told they are being packed up. The person packing them up does not even wash their hands when clocking in for work. When asked again if I could have the pizza they said oh yeah it’s here. And it was the wrong pizza. At this point I did not want to wait any longer so I just asked for a refund. The lady at the front said there were no refunds and that she had clarified several times my order (she had not, considering I don’t eat what was even on the pizza). I ended up with no refunds, an hour wait, a hostile cashier, and a cold pizza I couldn’t even eat. Never come here.

I placed an order for pickup that was supposed to take 15 minutes. 40 minutes went by with no pie. Naturally this was frustrating for me and the other 20 customers who were also waiting for their pizzas. If they had told us it would take 45 minutes it would have been no problem, instead we waited at the counter while the employees ignored us leaving us hopeless and starved. Food was good tho

Yikes....this is probably the worst pizza we have ever tried and we looooove pizza! Wanted to try somewhere different but will never order this brand again. The toppings on the garden pizza tasted odd almost like freezer burn and the sauce was sweet. The parmasan chicken bites were literally just chicken topping they put on their pizza with their sweet pizza sauce and a bit of cheese. They were SO salty and saturated with oil.
