New Jersey Mike’s in Waterdown, overrated mikes subs on Upper James, subway….. FORGET ABOUT IT!!!!!!. Paradise subs is worth the drive, train commute extra few steps however you get here, it doesn’t matter. Fresh bread, toppings (not like subways 6 olives) no cheap out on the meat by any means. I came here 3 days in a row that’s how good it is. Best sub Hamilton has to offer and no other place even comes comparable to the fair prices they have. 5 bucks for a foot long is unheard of in 2025. The owners are just a nice as there subs are. Great people, great conversation, great food- Tony C from the hammer.

$5.89 for a mixed sub is such a great price for sub! You can’t get much cheaper than this. The bread was so soft and fresh and it comes with sub sauce along with your choice of mustard, mayo, honey mustard or chipotle sauce. This is an excellent place to get a cheap fresh eat.
