Ok, so i got two manakish, zaatar and cheese. The cheese was good. Not overly cheesy or salty. I really liked the Zaatar spice, it was sour, abit zesty and a bit salty. However, I took some stars down because the zaatar manousha was a bit tough, it was lowkey burnt on the side. That might be a preference, but I personally do not like it really well done like that. I like it to be just cooked- the cheese one was fine. I will come back though, maybe request the zatar manousha to...
