This is my 4th Philthy Phillys I've been to..hands down the best service ever..It was a clean atmosphere. I will for sure come back when we come back to Hamilton!!..Good job girls!!

Ordered a philly cheesesteak & wasn't too impressed for the cost of the sandwich. Cheap bun & the sauce tasted overly sugary. Better off going to meltwich for a cheesesteak.

The food was gross!!! It did not meet the standards of most other locations I've been to in Toronto. Instead of nice crunchy chicken. They had cheap flat breaded chicken patties. And they put 2 patties in 1 sandwich to try to make it crunchier, but it just made it that much worse.

The best Cheesesteak ever . Had the Rocky Balboa with Poutine Fries . Definitely worth the money. Place is very clean and the service was great . Definately will go back . Close to where I live . Worth the money and effort to go . 👍

Unfortunately, the fries were undercooked in both of the poutines that I ordered yesterday at this location. Today I tried to go in to address the issue and they refused to do anything about it. I can send you a photo of the receipt upon request. The burgers were fine, but as mentioned, the poutines were not. Unfortunately, calling in wouldn't have really helped much because I wouldn't have been able to come back until today anyway. So, I went to speak with them in person about it. I live 30+minutes away from here which wouldn't have made it cost effective to return the same day. Ekdant refuses to help resolve the issue. Thus, I hope that somebody from customer service can help me. I was planning to order something else, but after they treated me like that, I left without anything. It's a shame because I have been ordering from philthy phillies for quite a while and generally love the food here. This experience is likely to influence my future visits, potentially.
The order was 2 Monday special burgers with jal jack cheese, a medium peppercorn steak poutine, and a medium meat eater poutine.

Me and my friend bought the medium sized buffalo chicken poutine. To begin, the fries and the gravy were delicious but the chicken was too salty in our opinion. Finally, the price was the main reason in my three-star rating. It's far too much to pay $15 for 1 poutine.

How useless is the person preparing the food its two ingredients … chili …. And cheese ….. save your money and go somewhere they have standards of service
Is very rude staff... I was here today Sunday sunday, June 29th 2025 and I ordered buy food.There was too younger people in the restaurant who had also seemingly ordered food.... After they had waited for quite some time after I arrived.They went up to the counter and found out that the order had not been started after storing everything out The young People returned to their table. The Employees started talking in their language... After a few minutes a young gentleman stood up to get his food And he said to the staff that it is not right that they should be talking shit in their language about the two younger customers... He said I can understand you... it's a funny thing that people can understand in the world.And just because the people that spoke english did not understand doesn't mean that you should sit there and belittle them and talk trash about them.... For this fact I will never return to a philthy phillies again just to know that Staff are sitting there , making your order and talking shit about you in your language says a lot..... I do wonder how many more restaurants this happens at....I guess probably a lot

No one else at the counter when I went in, had to wait 3 minutes for service. Once I was acknowledged had requested a medium pepper steak philly cheesesteak with a poutine on the side. Paid, picked up my order after a long wait, once I got home opened the bag to find I had only been given a poutine. Extremely disappointed.

1st time there. Got a Philly cheese steak sandwich combo with fries. Service was prompt and friendly. Wasn't busy so food was done pretty quickly. A little disappointed as lack of flavor even with onions, mushrooms, peppers and their sauce. Fries good not great. Lots of interesting options so will be back to try something else.

Very clean inside dining area and cooking area. I would highly recommend this place. I was very indecisive with my order and they were still so nice and pleasant to me. Everything I needed for my take out bag was put in. Napkins ketchup etc. So happy I came here today
