The broth was ok but definitely lacking full flavor expected of a good Pho. There was maybe 3 very slim pc’s of beef which felt lacking on a large bowl. My cousin obviously felt the same way as she kept adding in sauces and eventually asked them for some chili peppers which upon paying the bill I found out cost $2 for the chili condiment. Overall experience felt a little subpar.

Portions are small. Very thin grilled sliced of meats. Medium size Pho here is a Small size from other similar restaurant and less meat. They don't offer free soup for rice dishes like others, no garlic chili sauce, just the hoisin and sriracha. They can do better. 5 out of 10.

I took my wife here for dinner on her birthday this year for the first time. The service was quick and the food was excellent. I think this is our new favourite Vietnamese restaurant in Hamilton. Portions are huge. Food is fresh and flavours are unreal. Binh Minh Mai exceeded all expectations!

Fantastic lunch special! I got the beef wok broccoli with steamed rice. Fresh, great flavour, and the spring roll that comes with it is the meaty kind that I love! Different from many other lunch specials that offer veggie spring rolls. Decent price and fast service. Will be back! 👍🏼

A really nice restaurant that serves some good pho noodles, clean place with accessible bathrooms and friendly staff. Not usually a very long wait for food. Some good bean sprouts and veggies aswell as a pepper comes with the noodles (although today I didn’t get a pepper 🌶, minor detail that only happened once)
