The food was alright. The portion sizes are amazing. It was really loud with kids screaming and running around and lots of families. The service was nice at first, we got lots of smiles, but nobody came back to check on us or give us more water so we were left extremely thirsty.

Maybe just an off day or bad luck. First time here. Won't go back. I was in the area and it had great reviews. Meat was old and tuff. Anorexic beef slices that were most fat. Couldn't eat it. Just paid and left. Worst soup I ever had. It was hot though.

Food was good, soup was delicious with a strong broth, prices were alright. Service was lacking but it was busy and they were hustling, so not something I would leave a bad tip for. Just note you may need to ask a couple times for water. I got the large pho so I could have leftovers and I had plenty for my lunch the next day. I also appreciated that they didn’t charge for takeout containers.

A wonderful place that you might pass by because it is in a strip mall, and the building may have previously been a fast food restaurant. But do not let the first impression throw you off! Inside, it is comfortable and the service is friendly and attentive. The menu is extensive while still focusing on Vietnamese food. I went with my wife and my mother, who is vegan, in part because I knew we would all get something we liked. We were offered tea and water, and were given extensive refills of each. My wife had a papaya salad that was bright and crunchy, with some sneaky hot chilis that really made it pop, as well as delicious avocado rolls with a rich peanut dipping sauce. My mother had stir-fried vegetables and tofu, and declared it the best tofu she's ever had. I had the house special pho, which was wonderful, hearty, and plentiful, and came with a huge helping of the usual garnishes (basil, beansprouts, chilis). My wife also had the fried banana for dessert and giggled happily through the entire thing. All in all, a fantastic experience. You can choose inexpensive options here, or go all out, and either way you won't be disappointed. I only regret that I did not take any pictures, but I was too busy enjoying the wonderful food. We WILL be back!

Vegetarian options: Vegetarian and vegan options - plenty of both - though be sure to check if there is egg if looking for vegan.

Parking: More spots than the restaurant has tables, and several accessible spots near the doors.

I cannot begin to tell you how good this place is, you have to try it for yourself. The staff keep the space so clean, they are so sweet and the food is absolutely incredible. I found my new spot in Hamilton!

Great service with fast refill on water without me even asking. But the food came out a bit slow. Also the portions are pretty small compared to the price. Also other people got their food before us even though we came and sat first. We ordered honey garlic which was sweet but the only thing is the price was kinda high for chicken wings the size of your thumb. The pho was flavorful and the broth was deep. But the meat was kinda overcooked and chewy. I didn’t eat the fried rice but I wanted to show what it looked like. The atmosphere was nice a quiet but the restaurant was a bit dark which you see in the photos. Overall not a bad place but isn’t anything special. Closing statement: Im still hung up on the $12 chicken wings that were almost the same price as a small pho.

Ordered the Singapore noodles for takeout. Unfortunately for $20 the portion was quite small and the container was only 60% full.
