Amazing
Father's day dinner.
Excellent customer service skills. Extremely polite and positive.
Don't usually write reviews but these guys deserve it. Food and service was excellent. They always check up on you before and after orders, shows they care a lot about their customers. Tried a lot of pho places and these guys are up there on my list!
Our go to resto for pho in Burlington.
You know, I’m the type of person who appreciates constructive feedback on my choices of combinations of food, and these guys knew what would hit and what wouldn’t together, I trusted their better judgement and I was blown away. They were generally some of the loveliest people I have met and can’t wait to be back again in the future! Love Phon Binh Minh
After a long day, I went to a small Vietnamese restaurant in Hamilton, Ontario. I ordered a meal and, while waiting, a homeless person came in. The owner, instead of asking him to leave, offered him a meal and invited him to have supper around back. It's great to see that there are still good people and businesses in the world. I thanked the owner and gave him a handshake. Truly heart warming ! Food was fantastic support this amazing restaurant!
Ordered take-out. Food quality is excellent and hot. Generous and tasty. Service is friendly and helpful.

The food was alright. The portion sizes are amazing. It was really loud with kids screaming and running around and lots of families. The service was nice at first, we got lots of smiles, but nobody came back to check on us or give us more water so we were left extremely thirsty.

Maybe just an off day or bad luck. First time here. Won't go back. I was in the area and it had great reviews. Meat was old and tuff. Anorexic beef slices that were most fat. Couldn't eat it. Just paid and left. Worst soup I ever had. It was hot though.

Food was good, soup was delicious with a strong broth, prices were alright. Service was lacking but it was busy and they were hustling, so not something I would leave a bad tip for. Just note you may need to ask a couple times for water. I got the large pho so I could have leftovers and I had plenty for my lunch the next day. I also appreciated that they didn’t charge for takeout containers.

A wonderful place that you might pass by because it is in a strip mall, and the building may have previously been a fast food restaurant. But do not let the first impression throw you off! Inside, it is comfortable and the service is friendly and attentive. The menu is extensive while still focusing on Vietnamese food. I went with my wife and my mother, who is vegan, in part because I knew we would all get something we liked. We were offered tea and water, and were given extensive refills of each. My wife had a papaya salad that was bright and crunchy, with some sneaky hot chilis that really made it pop, as well as delicious avocado rolls with a rich peanut dipping sauce. My mother had stir-fried vegetables and tofu, and declared it the best tofu she's ever had. I had the house special pho, which was wonderful, hearty, and plentiful, and came with a huge helping of the usual garnishes (basil, beansprouts, chilis). My wife also had the fried banana for dessert and giggled happily through the entire thing. All in all, a fantastic experience. You can choose inexpensive options here, or go all out, and either way you won't be disappointed. I only regret that I did not take any pictures, but I was too busy enjoying the wonderful food. We WILL be back!
Vegetarian options: Vegetarian and vegan options - plenty of both - though be sure to check if there is egg if looking for vegan.
Parking: More spots than the restaurant has tables, and several accessible spots near the doors.
