I had Bun Bo Hue. It's rare you'd find a bowl served with pork hoof in addition to the regular meat and prok sausagem My bowl had one hoof. I only started trying the pork hoof pnly this year. It was gelatinous. The dosh was delicious and service was great!

Really liked their pho the few times I came (had the house special beef noodle soup). And the owner is super friendly!
Unfortunately, it’s the worst Pho restaurant I’ve been to. They don’t provide no herbs such as mint and soup have lots of fat/oil and they charge $2.50 for tea and only serve tap water. Food does not taste good and chef is very rude and constantly carries stuffs to washroom. Will never go there again

Really friendly staff and great pho, mango salad, and fresh rolls! Have gotten take out and have dined in several times and haven't been disappointed once. The owner has even been nice enough to give us extra beef in our pho when we didn't ask for it! Highly recommend.
