I have eaten alot of different shawarma all around Hamilton and the GTA. This is the best tasting by far shawarma and chicken salade. Very tasty, the comment about after taste it's the amazing garlic they use, the taste your supposed to taste in a real shawarma!!!!

Have been going here for 13 years. The food is always great and fresh. fantastic salads and sandwiches. The service is just as good. there have been newer faces here recently as I haven't seen the older gentleman in awhile, and it's good to know the service hasn't changed at all. Very kind people that work here, extremely helpful and always willing to shake up options on the menu to suit your needs. With a price you cannot beat. the best

Seems to be under new management. What was once 9/10 shawarma is now 6/10, while seeing a reduction in portion and an increase in price. Very dry with a weird aftertaste.
Great for a quick bite, takeaway only, parking can be tight if it's busy.

Phoenicia's has changed my view on Shawarma. There Shawarma's are incredible. The beef is the best that I have ever had. It's incredible and the people working are really nice. The garlic sauce is also super good in the Shawarma, even though it has a different texture. Phoenicia's is also very close to my school and is very underrated as most people go to the pizza pizza right beside. I very highly recommend the beef Shawarma, and you'll understand the absolute power of phoenicia.

Being a Montreal/ Ottawa transplant, I've been looking for great Lebanese shawarma for a while in Hamilton, and I've often been disappointed. I am so happy I heard about this restaurant, because this is what I was missing. The chicken sandwich that I had was the best one I've eaten in years. Excited to go back many times!
