The most mid tier burger I’ve had in a long time. Needs fattier ground beef and a more zesty sauce. Currently lacking a lot of flavour compared to something like Hotties.Wouldn’t get it again for the price, but would try the gyro - it looked good.

Milkshake was nice. Got cheese sauce on fries and $7 milkshake. Not sure what it was but I got diarrhea afterwards, but it doesn't matter cuz the food tasted pretty good.

EDIT/UPDATE: I'd like to add that Jack at Pinks reached out to us and offered a refund and a re-try to give them another chance and TBH I'm moved by his insistence to make things right. We are going to try again and I'll update soon! ~We had a 2 for 1 coupon so decided to make the trip to the west end. We got 3 burgers and a poutine. The bill came out to $41.24, and there was not one cheese curd in the poutine. NOT ONE piece of cheese. There was a piece of plastic in my husband's burger and he was told there's a "special sauce " for the burger yet the burger was dry. My burger, however lacking in plastic, had something hard in the patty that I bit into, putting me off of any more bites. We were excited to try Pinks as we do enjoy new burger places (Hotties is amazing) but this wasn't a great experience.

Excellent burgers. We had the beef burgers and bean burgers and both were delicious, moist and flavourful. We had some good service from everyone there with friendly greetings, efficient and accurate order taking, and quick order-to-table service. One of the best fries I've tasted in a long time.
