Stopped in from out of town. I have been to pita pit a lot. Best made pita from a Pita Pit I’ve ever had. Ya it’s just a pita, but this thing was tasty and perfectly put together.

This Pita Pit location has really gone downhill. The lettuce was completely brown, and when I asked them not to add it and pointed out how bad it looked, the staff member actually mixed it into the rest so it would not be obvious for the next customer. The hummus was so dry that I had to ask if there was any fresh, and only then did she pull a better container from under the counter. That small gesture is the only reason this is not a one-star review.
The experience was frustrating overall. The staff spoke Punjabi to each other the entire time, which made communication difficult and created a clear language barrier. When I joked about needing a translator, it was not received well. On top of that, the food quality, freshness, and cleanliness were all far below what I am used to expecting from Pita Pit.
This used to be my go-to spot in the area, but sadly it is no longer worth the visit. I would recommend avoiding this location.

Felt like a Pita so drove into the mall. The manager came out of the kitchen and welcomed me. I ordered a vegetarian pita. I had my credit card in hand when the manager said I didn't have to pay. It didn't register so I said, what? He explained it was Pita Pits 30th anniversary and the first 30 people got a free Pita. What a nice surprise. Started the day off beautifully. Thank you Pita Pit. 🌯

Ordered the souvlaki wrap and I noticed the worker only had the chicken on the grill for a few seconds leaving it extremely under cooked and tough when I went to eat it. Unfortunately I only noticed that the chicken was literally ice cold a few bites into meal, which I threw out after. If I get food poisoning I’m going to sue them for serving raw undercooked meat. I suspect this whole ordeal happened because I was having trouble understanding the workers accent and she wanted to rush my out the establishment.

Staff are obnoxious. Wanted to yell english or French! Over their bants...$35 for two wraps and a wee bottle of coke is outrageous

The associate didn't wash his hand after cash me. He touched his noise area while he was making my sandwich.. bad bad!!! ? service, I would never go there again.. Just wasted my money and time.. also tables were not clean...
