I went today to the store about complaint regarding my food yesterday… the small guy was at the front , refused to provide any solution… I asked his name and he was giving me wrong name and calling manager to himself … he needs to learn some people skills to run this business… or he has to find something else to do if he cannot handle this job … The owner has to pay attention to this thing ..

This is the only pita pit thats so stingy they fill up the pita with just lettuce basically. For a small pita I counted 3 tiny pieces of meat the rest was mushrooms peppers and onion off the grill even with the veggies I had to ask for more as customers we are paying I shouldn’t be paying for a chicken pita to come home with a veggie pita when you ask for more it’s a up charge this is the only pita pit I had this issue with I always order a small and there is a even amount of meat and veggies. I feel like there is new management will no longer be going to this location.

I am not sure whether he is the owner or employee but his name is chintan, he does not serve properly. He just fills the whole wrap with baby spinach and cuts down on the expensive things. If you are running a food business you should not be a miser. Customers don’t eat for free. All other employees make the wrap perfectly adding all the ingredients in proper quantity. For most of the items, I told him to put twice but he was just adding soo little.
In short, If chintan is serving you, you will have to order double otherwise you will be hungry.

I had chicken pita yesterday and had the worst food poisoning experience ever. I fast for almost 24 hrs before I ate this so I am very sure it was the pita I ate from here that caused the sickness. I never get food poisonings and I almost ended up going to hospital. I really don't recommend it. I think Tim Hortons wrap was better so that tell you something.

Very Very bad management. Can’t imagine I need to wait for nearly 30 minutes after the order is placed in such a fast food restaurant. If you cannot, do not receive so much order. If you still cannot, shut down the store. Disgusting and waste of time
Inside Jackson Square Mall, this little gem can be found. Made to order from fresh ingredients and can't be a better heath food! I especially like their Pita bowls that is really a custom made salad complete with your chice of meat. All at a reasonable price.
