Shweta was AMAZING, so patient, so understanding of my tired state. Definitely made my experience 10 times better.

Ordered a falafel rice bowl through door dash. As I was enjoying my bowl, I felt a crunch and to my disgusted surprise it was a fingernail. Not sure who to report this to (will look into health and safety). So so so gross.
Poor environment experience, there’s these 2 Indian women who are constantly there and don’t make the environment welcoming. I miss when it was the old owner there, he was always so welcoming and polite and made getting pitas peaceful. Now I don’t even want to go there anymore and seems like I’m not the only one.
“I recently visited Pita Pit and had a fantastic experience. The pita was fresh and delicious, but what really stood out was the outstanding service. The girls working there were incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. They prepared the food with care, kept the place clean, and made me feel genuinely welcome. Their positive attitude and great teamwork made my visit memorable. They truly deserve recognition for their hard work and excellent customer service!”

I love coming to PitaPit Upper James Location! The ingredients are always fresh, and the wraps are made exactly how I like them. The staff is friendly, fast, and always happy to help with customizations. Whether I need a quick, healthy lunch or catering for my office, PitaPit never disappoints. Highly recommend!
The portions were insanely good and the quality is there, would recommend going to this location for sure you won’t be disappointed!
Terrible service, slow, and not knowledgeable with the product. Take at least 35 minutes for 2 pitas. Staff does not listen and only talks over you
This location doesn’t honour the deals that you receive in your email. Just so no one else wastes their time going to this one. The staff were nice though

Stupid staff , wait for 20 min for timed order and don’t even tell me
how much time they need .
I’ve always loved Pita Pit and frequently visit multiple locations because of the great food and service. However, my experience at this location has been disappointing on more than one occasion. On my recent visit today around 6:40 PM, I felt incredibly uncomfortable due to the two young female staff members speaking in what I believe to be Punjabi. While I respect multiculturalism, in a customer-facing role, professionalism requires speaking a language customers can understand. Given that we’re in Canada and our national languages is either English or French, those are the only two appropriate languages to be speaking in customer-facing roles.
What upset me most was noticing in the window reflection (while my back was turned to them) that the staff were laughing and appearing to comment on my appearance based on their gestures and body language. This is deeply disrespectful and unprofessional. After looking at recent reviews, I see that I’m not the first customer to feel uncomfortable due to the atmosphere at this location.
I’ll be avoiding this location in the future and instead visiting Kenilworth and Barton, where the staff are always friendly, respectful, and professional. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works to create a more welcoming environment for customers.

I have loved Pita Pit for so long! I always order a Deli Club. When they came out with their Deli Club Salad, my Mom fell in love, too! The food is always fresh, and the selection of cold and hot toppings is awesome. When we ordered a few months ago, the staff were making my moms large salad and literally put a handful of lettuce in it. I actually thought she was joking. I asked for more, as it was the base of the meal, and again, a small handful. Since then, every time we have had to beg for a full servings of the lettuce. I know it is the cheapest item. The last time I went in, it happened again! I let the staff know I wanted a full bowl and I kept asking for more until the bowl was filled properly. I absolutely would have paid for extra. I don't think the management staff would be happy if customers were not getting their money's worth. I will still eat from Pita Pit with the hope that they do better.

My husband and I went in the day before, I ordered a bowl and he ordered a Chicken Caesar wrap.. My bowl maybe had a tablespoon of chicken if that,, So I doubt my husband chicken Caesar wrap had much more. Pretty giant rip off for over $30, We usually go to the pita pit on Highway 8, and I don’t believe they Ever put that little chicken in my pita or bowl. Felt so unsatisfied after I ate it . The rice didn’t taste super fresh either ..
