I must say the customer service at this pita pit location was exceptional, from start to finish. The food was good, but definitely not worth the price you're paying, especially with half the meat they used to give you.
Location is good if you're at the Juravinski hospital, a short 5 to 10 minute walk. Easy to find.

My experience was so awful I walked out ordered Philly steak with chicken as a extra manager tells me that makes no sense and refused to make it even though I was paying extra

I ordered from this location on skip the dishes tonight. I’ve never had issues before and I’ve ordered from here a few times but tonight I’m very disappointed. I got a buffalo chicken pita and that was my first mistake the chicken was cold and soggy and had literally no buffalo flavour to them at all. Then I thought to myself let’s just throw some extra spice in there and get some hot sauce. Mistake number 2 I don’t know who would assume that anyone would want that much hot sauce on their pita but good lord every bite was drenched with it and the pita itself was oozing and falling apart because the amount of hot sauce, I couldn’t even finish it cause everything fell apart. I’m very disappointed
It’s really slow, every time i have to wait 12 to 15 minutes to pick up the skip the dishes order!! That’s happening just here!!I’m doing skip and Uber full time in Hamilton and I really hate this restaurant on concession st, just 1 worker here !
