Ordered from here a few weeks back for dinner, the app had pizza on for $7.99 no picture and just said a regular pizza which I assumed was a medium pepperoni if anything. When I got the order delivered I got 2 of the pizzas with some wings but the pizzas were flatbread pizzas and small as Tim Hortons pizzas I was not impressed at all especially cause I paid over $60 for my order and had to feed a household of hungry adults and teens. The app should be more specific and actually say flatbread pizza. I will definitely order normal pizza if I ever order again from this franchise.

Usually very good, this time not so much. Ordered dbl pepperoni got NONE. PLAIN cheese pizza It was undercooked. Doughy. Got cinnamon bites without any icing dip. Disappointed.

Had the worst experience ever. Delivery driver dropped off my pre paid order at the wrong address. Already waited an hour for the food. Then waited 14 min on hold to inform them of the mistake. Only to get the WORST food poisoning from the re made. Awake all morning, 12 hours of dying from both ends. Definitely not eating from this location again.

Today I ordered a pepperoni pizza, my god do I ever regret ordering it. I ordered for pick up. My drive is about 18 mins to this location. I had to jump back in my car when I got home and check out how disgusting the pizza was made.. eww I will never order from here again. The pizza was soaked in grease on the bottom and the pepperoni had this very gross smell to it too. This ruined my dinner. I had to drive back and return the pizza and get a refund because how disgusting the pizza was made. Never again. It’s not bad because I placed an order a few days ago and it was really good! I’m very disappointed in you guys at this location. What a big waste of my time and gas. Thank you for ruining my dinner. I wish I would have took pictures of the bottom of the pizza.

Overall, very underwhelming Pizza. Loved Pizza Hut but the pizza we ordered fresh was one of the Greasiest pizzas I've ever had.
I unfortunately will not order again.
Attached picture was taken shortly after getting the pizza. Felt like they didn't make it fresh and gave us the one sitting out for the day.
Side note: Front staff was very nice and accommodating. Just the pizza we got was lacking.

I’m 49 years old….worst pizza I’ve ever had. 1 deep dish and 1 thin crust. I don’t understand how they haven’t closed their doors. Please save your money and go somewhere else, ANYWHERE else!

Honestly, this location has completely ruined my experience with Pizza Hut. My favorite pizza now comes with a bad taste in my mouth because of them. I find this location to be the worst—it feels like a gamble every time I order. One order might be okay, but the next three are always messed up. I am beyond tired of this location. I would strongly advise any pizza lover not to order from here.
They have messed up my orders too many times, and I will never call or pick up from this location again. The staff are unprofessional and even treat customers poorly when mistakes are pointed out.
Most of the time, the pizza arrives sloppy, the box is improperly sealed, or it looks tampered with. On one occasion, my pizza box arrived wet and soggy. When I complained, the employee blamed it on the snow. Seriously—this is unacceptable
Pretty sad when you order a Hawaiian pizza and they don’t even put pineapple on it. This is so sad and absolutely pathetic that people taking an order cannot comprehend English and listen to there customers
