Pepperoni is apparently only a suggestion on a pepperoni pizza. It’s basically a cheese pizza with 2 or 3 pieces of pepperoni.

Ordered twice, one had what it felt like sand or dirt, the other came with raw pepperoni, I had to throw it in the oven at home to finish cooking. Customer service was useless.

The staff working tonight could not do the bare minimum of confirming the delivery driver about our delivery order. Somehow for the second time they gave our delivery order to the wrong person and had to cancel it. This is very preventable and is caused by poor training..

Disappointed. I usually go to the Pizza Hut on upper Ottawa. This store on queenston isn’t anywhere near as good as upper Ottawa. Very dry with not much sauce and very very cheap with the toppings. I order a large pizza and it was pretty much the size of a medium pizza. Really small slices.

My recent experience at Pizza Hut was nothing short of disappointing. The customer service was severely lacking, with workers displaying a rude attitude and a complete disregard for basic respect. The situation escalated further when, after leaving the restaurant, a black man from Pizza Hut outside initiated a confrontation with us. He also works there! This incident added to an already unpleasant experience and left us feeling unsafe. It's disheartening to see such poor service and unsafe environments at a well-known brand. If you’re considering Pizza Hut for your next meal, be prepared for a potentially unpleasant and even hostile experience.
