The Pizza Hut on Upper James in Hamilton.
The pizza was to be delivered 47 minutes late and was warm not hot. When I called, the girl I spoke to was rude at best. The lunch was for a birthday and the bill was over $100.00.
Lesson learned Never again Pizza Hut. Sooo disappointed

Just saw a Pizza Hut commercial on tv. Two guys sitting at their desk. The one guy is licking his phone because there is a picture of pizza hut on it. Then he turns the phone to show the other guy beside him and he takes a lick of his phone. After the first guy licks it. Makes me want to throw up. When I see Pizza Hut that’s what I will want to do. So gross 🤮

The pizzas aren’t the best but they are great for what is expected of a pizza chain of this caliber. Still enjoyable on those long weekends where you just want to chill. Ordered take out and delivery from here multiple times and haven’t had any issues so far.

Absolutely the worst dinner we have ever had. The pizza, pasta, and bread sticks can luke warm, to the point that having seconds or even finishing the first plate was out of the question. $50 dinner down the drain would never order again

Came in late with a bunch of friends. Solo staff was really nice and served us lots of good food. Place was clean and experience was enjoyable. Was a great experience.
Popped in here on a busy (least the kitchen was) night, craved some pizza. Can’t eat as much as I used to, due to health issues. On 11/16/2024 about 7:30 P.M. they have a huge dining area, but no service? You have to order take-out, and have option to eat there or take home. People we’re picking up their pizza, many people working in the kitchen frantically. I just ordered a Personal Size pizza (about 6-7 inches in circumference). Ordered pepperoni & mushrooms on it, took about 15-20 minutes for it to be done. Took it to my car, wife doesn’t like pizza, so she went to Wendy’s next door. We ate our food in the car, my little pizza was delicious, crust was nice, cooked just right. The sauce, was a little sweet like (but good), the pepperonis were curled up and cooked well, with a bit of spice to them. There was plenty of fresh mushrooms distributed on the pie, with enough mozzarella cheese to compliment the pizza. I had no complaints, polite service and finished product was satisfied by myself. Can’t understand some of the negative reviews, but on this occasion, I enjoyed the pizza I purchased at this Pizza Hut location. They had many other deals on too, for the larger eaters. Many people, were coming in placing their orders for takeout and phones were ringing (probably for delivery) Thank-You, satisfied customer on this evening.
Parking: Situated in huge parking lot, off of busy Upper James Street. In the Plaza where the Salavation Army Thrift store is located.

Considering Windsor Essex is the pizza capital of Canada, I thought pizza hut would have at least tried...so I gave them a shot. And all we got was flavorless pizza. I will not be trying it again. It literally tasted like nothing. We've been spoiled in our region when it comes to pizza. I will stick to our favorites.
