Pizza Hut is one of the pricier places for pizza I will admit, having said that, I am extremely disappointed in the quality of my pizza I just ordered,, very skimpy on pepperoni, & sauce. Disappointing, will not order from here again.

Ordered for delivery on Saturday, the pizza at least 3 slices had hair wrapped in with the cheese. It's disgusting and we could not eat anymore. When you call them, they always just sound confused. This is ridiculous, not to mention the pizza overall was not properly cooked and it gave us stomach aches. This is a health safety issue and I will ensure to report it accordingly. It isn't the first time we have had such incidents with this location.

I was completely unimpressed with the customer service from the upper Ottawa store.
The order was placed at 5:30pm. The estimated delivery time was between 5:55-6:06pm. After checking the status at about 6pm, the status still said âyour order is being preparedâ. I first called the upper Ottawa store at 6:25 and sat on hold for 3 minutes until someone hung up on me. I called back at 6:28pm and someone answered after 3 minutes. This person did not seem very happy and was very short with their answers. I asked what the status of my order was and they said âitâs in the ovenâ. I heard someone in the background say that the chicken bites were not done and they needed to be cooked still. The woman who answered the phone said it would be delivered in 10 minutes.
We hung up and the status of the order changed to âin the ovenâ. After 30 minutes, no pizza showed up so I called again at 7:01pm. The same person answered and I once again asked where my order was. The person paused for a few seconds speaking another language which I did not understand. Then I heard them say, âdid you take order ###### yet?â To the delivery person and they said ânoâ. At this point I was fed up so I said I heard the order hasnât left the site yet, so just cancel my order and give me a refund. She offered me a store credit, which I denied. She said OK. Then explained the deep fryer stopped working and that was the reason the order was delayed. But this was clearly a lie, because she already lied to me about the order being delivered earlier.
Approximately 10 minutes later the Pizza Hut order showed up at our door, after I said I didnât want it anymore. I sent them away.
My wife ordered from our local store and without any issues the pizza was delivered early and with fantastic customer service.
This is the reason people are losing faith in our food industry. Big box stores are failing us. Is it poor training? I donât know but itâs a shame. Anyway, I would just like my full refund as soon as possible. I will not be ordering from Pizza Hut again

I ordered online and paid , I have been waiting for over and hour and half and still have not received my order! I tried calling the store numerous times and could not get through to anyone!
