I was not impressed with my pizza, as you can see in the picture there is missing toppings in the middle of the pizza, I don't even know how this would happen. This is not the first time something like this happened. We got 2 pizzas, the second one was better but it still was missing some in the middle of one slice but at least it wasn't the entire center like the first one. Also the staff should inform clients of promotions that would save them money. I didn't notice until after I paid and was flipping the signs on the counter that I saw we could have saved money buying the 2 pizzas yet we paid full price ( the little sign was facing the employee at the time of ordering). The staff were friendly but the quality of pizza is disappointing. I had not been back for a while because of the last time something like this happened but I figured I would give it another chance but nothing has changed except the employees.

I order from this place 3-4 times a month but noticed the pizza nowadays doesn't have much cheese. Feel it's not worth to come here anymore. Costco Pizza has 4X more cheese than this Pizza.
I have been a loyal customer at this location for years, and the quality and people used to be fantastic. But now, I am extremely disappointed. It’s clear there has been a change in staff, and my biggest concern is sanitation. It is absolutely disgusting to see the nails of the staff member. This isn’t just a one tiime issue. I have noticed it every single time I pick up my order. Same person actually. Yet, I never see gloves being used here anymore. As a customer who once trusted this place, I find it unacceptable and disappointing that basic hygiene is being ignored.

I recently visited Pizza Hut and had an excellent experience. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure our order was taken quickly and accurately. The pizza came out hot, fresh, and loaded with toppings, just exactly how we ordered it. The crust was perfectly baked, and the cheese was deliciously good
