Parked right outside of this location and placed a mobile order at 9:00pm. On the app it said the order would be ready at 9:29pm. I went inside at the exact time and the worker immediately went to his computer and saw my order. I now had to wait an additional 15 mins because the male employee was on his phone the entire time while I was outside in my car.

I haven't ordered from chains much but my two go to places were closed. I've never written a bad pizza review, so this is a first.
This is probably the worst pizza I've had since pizza pizza. Pizza Nova used to be a good chain, from my memory. Pizza tasted no better than frozen pizza in your grocery aisle.
I ordered the cup n char and half of the pepperoni was regular pepperoni and not cup n char. And it was barely cooked. The thin crust tasted like cardboard.
Also, the stability of the pizza was terrible. Entire cheese layers and toppings came off of it.
I'd rather eat a salad next time over whatever this was.

For a franchise pizza store, the pizza was just amazing. The crust was good, and the bottom was crispy. The only thing I didn't like was the cheese. Since it's a franchise, they do need to be cheap out on something, and cheese is usually what these places are cheap on. Overall, a solid 4 of out 5 stars!
The pizza was decent. The delivery seemed to take long, but the customer service was nice and updated me on the progress.

Clean place with good chef’s. What an amazing place to have your supper. Ahmad (chef) is an excellent guy and suggests you the best pizza’s and also makes it really good.

Not enough staff working to help. Garlic bread taste bad and not cooked. Chicken wings taste bad because deep fryer broken down at store. lasagna extremely watery sauce and tasted good enough but still not like it used to be.
