For a franchise pizza store, the pizza was just amazing. The crust was good, and the bottom was crispy. The only thing I didn't like was the cheese. Since it's a franchise, they do need to be cheap out on something, and cheese is usually what these places are cheap on. Overall, a solid 4 of out 5 stars!

Not enough staff working to help. Garlic bread taste bad and not cooked. Chicken wings taste bad because deep fryer broken down at store. lasagna extremely watery sauce and tasted good enough but still not like it used to be.

Terrible pizza. Thin, undercooked, poor toppings. Was immediately disappointed with my choice. Was 30 min from call to delivery which doesn’t seem like enough time to properly prepare cook and delivery. This is the second time I’ve had issue. I Will not be ordering from this location ever again.

Out of all the pizza chains, Pizza Nova is the best in terms of the quality of the pizza. The only negative is the price. I can place an order at Pizza Pizza or Dominos for much cheaper, but the old adage “you get what pay for” applies well here. Their pizza has higher quality cheese, toppings, and bread. You really can tell the difference.

Worst pizza!! Tried first time Pizza Nova didn’t expected spending 22$ on such poor quality pizza with almost zero taste of creamy garlic base in pizza which asked to add especially, chicken was not grilled properly also. And overall the whole pizza was so much over baked!!Complete waste

My kid gets pizza from here for a school lunch program and to say I am disappointed is an understatement. A couple of times they even forgot to add pizza sauce to the pizza. Not sure I want to give them any business after this and we aren't signing up for the spring semester. Think many of the other parents have thought the same.

The pizza itself was ok but the medium wasn't a medium at all, it was definitely a small, and it was a $30 pizza, plus tip, $35. I called them on it, and the girl told me she'd let me talk to a manager, and then I was abruptly disconnected. Im just saying; shrinkflation is for real. Myself, a 10 inch pizza for $30 is not even close to being worthwhile. I won't order from them again.

I love Pizza Nova’s pizza and there is 1 person in particular who works at this location and she literally makes the best pizza ever, the sauce, cheese and dough and cooking is done to perfection!I could not catch her name but she was working around 12ish on feb 8th - shoutout to you and thank you for your excellent customer service!!

Ordered a simple medium pizza and it took over 1.5 hours to not even arriveTook me an entire 30 minutes to get a refund from Uber eatsGot ignored when I called back and lied to several times about deliver timeI got a call saying that the driver was at the lobby and when I got to the lobby the pizza wasn’t there even though I asked that it be delivered to my door he said he’s too busy and couldn’t deliver my pizzaWorst location by far pure ignorance
