I made a large order from here almost $100. The wings arrived without sauce. I ordered extra dripping sauce and didn't receive. The Stromboli was burnt and made very sloppy like a 2 year old. This place has no care or quality.
The service is terrible and the quality is garbage
I will never order form this place again!

I had a wonderful experience at Pizza Pizza today! The place was clean, welcoming, and had a great atmosphere. A special shoutout to Raj, who was working the late shiftāshe made my pizza absolutely delicious! Her friendly and kind behavior made the visit even better. Iāll definitely be coming back, and Iāll be sure to have my pizza made by Raj again. She truly makes the best pizza!

The cashier tricked me into buying expensive item saying it matches the price of what I was ordering. And yes the food was one of the worst I've ever had.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this place. I ordered two medium pizzas, drinks, and dips, and waited a ridiculously long 25 minutes to get my food. Exhausted and frustrated, I couldn't believe what I witnessed next. The worker preparing my order took chicken out of the fridge and put it in the fryer. I was observing him closely, expecting he would change his gloves before handling my vegetarian pizzasābut no, he didn't bother. Instead, he used the same contaminated gloves to check my vegetarian pizzas in the oven. This level of negligence and disregard for basic hygiene is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. It completely ruined my meal and my trust in this establishment. While he did eventually believe me and remake the pizzas after I explained the issue, the damage was already done. Unbelievable! Avoid this place at all costs if you value cleanliness and respect for dietary preferences.

I ordered a veggie pizza because I am vegetarian and I was looking at the employee who was working there and I seen that he made something in Chicken and then didn't changed the gloves and made our order as a vegetarian it's against my religion and it is really necessary to address this issue because it's a serious matter and then when I tried to complain him but not satisfied with service and really dis

The owner Mohan is not very nice. Also a walker-by wanted to use the toilet to whom he denied access saying that it was broken but after 2 minutes a guy came in and ordered pizza and asked if he could use the toilet and he let him. (P.S This guy asked me to come and work, I worked there for 4 days 0 pay because he didnāt want to pay for training and even after doing everything perfectly, he just said you need to learn more.) In short he just wanted a free helping hand for a few days before rejecting me. The owner/manager is not worth working for. He does minimum wage+0 tips and overtime is on *CASH*($10/hr) Students please do not come here. Itās a wastage of time
Service was horrible but food was pretty good. Will not go back though. I'd rather go to a reputable pizza store with kind staff.

I know I know, this pizza pizza in particular is a staple of downtown Hamilton. This has been here long than I can remember. My wife likes it but I just donāt understand. I guess Iām not a fan of crispy in my opinion overcooked bottom crust or whatever you call it on pizza. Plus to serve alcohol here, in the downtown core just seems like a recipe for disaster. Furthermore, they only have one type of chicken wing. It is up to me to put on the generic franks red hot sauce. That might be the pizza pizza corporation in general. Unfortunately, you can call me a hater of this place. I only gave her three stars because it is as previously mentioned a staple of downtown and the owner is nice. not to mention my wife likes it for some mind boggling reason.

Hereās a tip, had a few of their made-to-order chicken wings to your order, the next time you get a slice. they are great add for on lunch. Theyāre one of my favourite go to lunch spots in downtown Hamilton
