What is happening in to this store? Needs to reach staff some hospitality, I bought the pizza yesterday and said thank you to young guy wearing turban and he has no courtesy to say welcome. And no smile on his face.

Ordered buy one get one free panzerotti deal. Was terrible. Barely any toppings inside. Maybe if I put both together it might equal what a regular priced one is. Never again. Complete waste of money.

Edit review : stupid move changing owners. Not.only is the pizza terrible , now they try to over charge people .first time and last time the other day ! I go to pay for 2 slices and there is a bunch of Other stuff on screen and they tell me " oh screens frozen but go ahead and pay ". when I said "I'm not paying until I see what I'm paying for ", she tried to get me to pay for another order instead of going to the other register . UNREAL! Pizza pizza shame on you for not recognizing the previous owners dedication to that store . I will be going where the previous owner goes.
Best pizza pizza with amazing staff. Mattia is the.man !!! Makes friends with eveyeone and the pizzas always meet high standards. I will never go to another pizza pizza unless travelling.

Although, Never had issues with the order .But this time staff needs to trained well. A lady with tool the order and messed up with butter chicken base with butter chicken. My exact words were "Butter chicken base and I said I need extra butter chicken" here the context was clearly about the suche and then gave the 3 toppings . She then confused me with by saying that it is considering as toppings and although the matured Punjabi guy helped and handles very well but then girl was discussing with their coworker and still trying to put a blame on me in their language. And Even after telling them that I am vegetarian, They used the same box but didn't argue because it was already too late" . I miss the owner. He was very kind and always ready to listen to the customers . But staff needs to give little more training

In Hamilton it used to be the best Pizza Pizza, but since new management took over, the quality has dropped significantly. If you’re lucky to get a pizza made by the old staff, it might be okay, but the new employees don’t seem to know what they’re doing. It’s disappointing to see the decline in what was once a great spot.

This evening my girlfriend ordered a Gluten Free pizza and was glutened so severly, that within an hour she blew up like a balloon and the burns and pains came along, and she will be having a very difficult painful night.
Its very unfortunate that I have to leave this review as I really enjoy the food here, however I am not Celiac.
Dietary restrictions: Caution to those afflicted with Celiac disease or gluten intolerent. Severe cross contamination at this location

Was feeling like a night time snack so I ordered 2 poutines and boy some places shouldn’t do certain things and pizza pizza should NOT do poutine. Ratio of fries to gravy was meh, and the portion of cheese was so sad you’d make a disappointing face .. save your $7.99

That is the first time I've been by delivery if I want to ad a tip. AND THE LAST TIME I ORDER FROM PIZZA PIZZA. If it deservers a tip, I give a generius one but not when asked. The driver was rude and none caring. i'm done.
Great parlor. Open til 2. Once in awhile I get a few large boxes of pepperoni and mushrooms. Hungry already typing this. 😋

I went in to have a pick up special, I usually sit and wait in the car but I didn’t this time… my cashier made the pizza without changing the gloves after handling the cash register, thankfully I did not get sick eating the pizza but that how you get food Bourne illnesses, do they not need food handlers to work there?

I ordered a new item Hawaiian roll, ( forget name) andc10 wings, the wings were great, but the Hawaiian roll was COMPLETELY BURNT. Couldn't even eat it.. NOT IMPRESSED, I now remember why I stopped going to pizza pizza..
