I am giving 2 stars. It really depends who is making your pizza. There is one Arab guy, if he makes then it is really good and there is an Indian guy who also makes good pizza.
Today they were not there, some indian mid aged lady was making it. She did a bad job to be honest. The pizza was very very very very very thick and it was undercooked.
Did not like it.

Usually I have a great experience here with no problems, but when I visited today I stood up front for several minutes without even a hello from the worker in the back. He sat on his phone the entire time, and even when I said a hello he didn't acknowledge me at all. Left without buying anything. The music was blasting in the back, and all he did was play around with music until I left. Very dissapointed, even skip orders from this location are incredibly slow, taking up to two hours to arrive. I recommend going to a different location

Best Pizza I ever had in Hamilton in this Store.pizza is well cooked and taste was also amazing. Staff is so good and they were maintaining a good hygiene and store is also well clean and organized everything. It was an amazing experience when we went there.
Hands down the friendliest staff of any pizza store in the city. The staff is always welcoming, greeting new and returning customers with the best of service. I will gladly recommend this location to anyone who asks. 5 Stars!

I only popped in for a pick up, but the restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. As far as flavour, the pizza was the usual okayness that you get from most other franchises, but they were generous with the toppings. The lost star is for the awkwardness of getting in and out of the parking area, especially the one in the back.
