The owner of this place is ridiculous. When we went to redeem a coupon, he screamed and berated us, including multiple racist remarks. I would encourage people to refrain from visiting this location, as the last thing we need is to support individuals with racist views.
If you're going to be a business and franchise owner, you're responsible for fulfilling the promotions that the corporation promises. Don't fault people who are redeeming coupons. I would suggest you fix your customer service, although there is no fix for racist views.

I have been a big fan of their pizza for years. I prefer the thick crust version, but normal is good too. For me the biggest attraction is their consistency... I know I will enjoy the meal from any store.
Several years ago most of the stores switched from the traditional stone ovens to the conveyor type, and did lose something in the taste, IMHO. But it's still my go-to dependable place for a great pizza.
