The person who was servicing me directly took the machine and pressed the buttons to force 20% tip without asking me. Terrible service. I always give 20% tip no matter where I go, but because she did that on this specific store, I complained with her and gave 0 tip. That’s illegal.

The girl working at around 6:18pm on 29th August 2024 was very rude if i have paid for my order its not i’m getting it for free the instructions make on the order were not followed. On top of that the girl argued “you didn’t mentioned it.” and just walked away i am giving 0 stars as the deserves it for hiring such employees. I hope the owner of the store sees it.
