I requested extra cheese so the can at least put regular cheese but couple of slices had no cheese. And the behaviour was not appropriate from owner. I requested extra cheese because they are very cheap for cheese. I hope pizza pizza franchise do something about it and make them realize about customer service.

Horrible experience with this pizza nova we ordered two party size pizzas for a birthday party and we were told it would be ready at 12:14. We didn’t get the pizzas until 12:35. I will never come back here again. They will waste your time they didn’t even have it in the oven when we arrived.

Employees seem to question me whenever I used the Amazon Locker when I come inside, they also seem to speak pretty loud sometimes and having a rude attitude sometimes.
Tables can be oily and dirty, not cleaned at times too.

I enjoyed the pizza, pop and chips. The lady behind the counter was rude and condescending. As if I did not spend enough for her to bother with me. The tables were not cleaned from the last customers.

Yesterday we ordered 4 pieces of pizza and they were not fresh at all!!! The lady over there was so rude to us and started yelling at us!! I don't know why!! I guess she wasn't in the mood to sell pizza! Anyways, this place is very disgusting and not clean at all, the floor is very dirty, the door and the tables are sticky all over and dirty, and the big part is, you can see the kitchen when you sit and eat, I saw the man who's doing pizza in the kitchen scratching his head then he grabbed cheese and started putting it on the pizza without wearing gloves!!! That's super disgusting. I will never go there again or buy from pizza pizza again!!!!!
