I ordered a medium pizza from this Pizza Pizza location in Hamilton and overall had a good experience. The pizza was fresh, hot, and prepared on time. The crust was decent, and the toppings were evenly spread. For the price, it's a good option when you want something quick and affordable. Staff were polite and the service was smooth. Quality can depend on the day, but this visit met my expectations. Would order again for a casual meal.

Horrible employees at this location. My 7 year old brother got a pamphlet from school offering a free slice once he reads 10 books. He completed it and went to get his reward which he was very excited for and a female employee accused us of trying to use the pamphlet again, even though we never used it. She was arguing with us and refused to give us the slice, leaving my brother extremely disappointed. December 30th 2025 @ 4pm.

My son had a form he got from school that he would be able to get a free slice of pizza after reading 10 books. We went to get that free slice today December 30, 2025 at 4pm. The lady working said she cannot give it and that we are trying to use it the second time, which is not true. She was arguing and refused to give me the free slice.
My 7-year-old son completed a school reading challenge to earn a free pizza slice. When we came to redeem it on December 30, 2025 at around 4 pm, we were told it had already been used, which is not true. My son was very excited and ended up extremely disappointed. I did end up buying him a slice but that’s not the point. When I asked the employee for her name, she refused to give it to me and said she was the manager. When I asked her to call a manager, she repeated that she was the manager and still did not provide her name. Overall, it was a very poor experience considering this was meant to be something positive and encouraging for a child.

I just ordered a pizza from this location and it was perfect. Just right amount of cheese, sauce & toppings. I would have preferred to call the store to let the lady know she did a great job but it's a central calling system. Finally a pizza i ate just the way it was made.
