I placed an order by phone, and it was confirmed at that time. Later, when I called back to check on my food, I was told it hadnāt even been prepared because I missed a callback from the store. Nobody informed me that answering a second call was required, and once an order is confirmed, it should be prepared. This practice is confusing, inconvenient, and unfair to customers.
When I questioned it, I was told the reason was because Iām not a regular customer and the order was ālargeā (about $70). But this makes no sense ā I could still cancel the order even after a callback confirmation, so whatās the point of this policy? It only ends up delaying or denying service to paying customers.
Pizza Pizza should review this practice to ensure customers are not left without food simply because they missed a follow-up call. At the very least, stores should clearly mention during every phone order that they may call back to double-check before preparing the food. Pizza was good

Tried the jalapeƱo poppers from Pizza Pizza. They werenāt as crispy or well-cooked as expected, but overall it was an okay experience.

Just awful. First visit, it took the gentlemen 10 minutes to take a simple 2 topping pizza order, he was very confused. Bacon was undercooked, and the pizza was luke warm, not hot. 2nd visit, wanted to try the slices, and to make sure it wasn't a common occurrence. Again undercooked, she threw the slice in for 1 minute and handed it to me. The cheese hadn't even melted. Proper cooking temperatures dont exist here. Not the pizza pizza I remember. Better pizza options in the area. Skip this one.

Ordered pizza , when I came to pick it up it sitting on a counter , not even in the ovens or boxes . When she put them in the boxes I asked how long they had been sitting out of heat. Was rudely advised ! Only a minute or 2 , yet Iād been standing there 5 already .. pizza was cold and not fresh at all .. . Time to find another pizza location !!
