Ordered pizza , when I came to pick it up it sitting on a counter , not even in the ovens or boxes . When she put them in the boxes I asked how long they had been sitting out of heat. Was rudely advised ! Only a minute or 2 , yet I’d been standing there 5 already .. pizza was cold and not fresh at all .. . Time to find another pizza location !!

Been there's already since 7.44pm ordered a pickup pizza and 20 wings. It is now 8.19 and the lady is only putting the wings to cook now. She lost 3 customers while I was there and 2 was beyond upset. She didn't know how to load a gift card and didn't know about any promotion going on and told them to wait for the manager to come all now the manager did not come and a 4th person came for pick up and was told to wait another 10 min. Now reviewing my receipt and I order the special 20 wings for 24$ but she charged me for 2 single orders of wing. I recommend that the owner review the franchise policies and train his staff accordingly. The poor lady was all by herself and was hopeless and overwhelmed with all the work she had to do by herself!
