Had a pizza here recently, just cheese pizza but tasted amazing. Friendly service provided by the staff. Pizza was cooked exactly upto our expectations. Overall nice place to go to.

I placed an order by phone, and it was confirmed at that time. Later, when I called back to check on my food, I was told it hadn’t even been prepared because I missed a callback from the store. Nobody informed me that answering a second call was required, and once an order is confirmed, it should be prepared. This practice is confusing, inconvenient, and unfair to customers.
When I questioned it, I was told the reason was because I’m not a regular customer and the order was “large” (about $70). But this makes no sense — I could still cancel the order even after a callback confirmation, so what’s the point of this policy? It only ends up delaying or denying service to paying customers.
Pizza Pizza should review this practice to ensure customers are not left without food simply because they missed a follow-up call. At the very least, stores should clearly mention during every phone order that they may call back to double-check before preparing the food. Pizza was good
