Wrost store ever visited store should be closed if they want to give rushed customers service. Specifically the evening white man taking orders at store. Making rush like he has to go somewhere and making customer not choosing what they want.

I ordered my pizza online, and the operator told me it would be ready in about 15–20 minutes. When I arrived after 20 minutes, I was told my pizza hadn’t even been put in the oven yet. While waiting, I went to use the washroom and was completely shocked by the state of both facilities — one was covered in feces, and the other was filthy with urine everywhere. It was absolutely unacceptable and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in some time.
To make matters worse, as I waited, I noticed an employee handling cash and making pizzas using the same pair of gloves the entire time, with no change or handwashing in between. This is extremely unsanitary and concerning for a food establishment.
I’m very disappointed by the lack of cleanliness and basic hygiene standards. I won’t be returning after this experience.

Ordered a large pizza and popcorn chicken at 4:45pm. Called them at 6:45pm to ask where my pizza was and was told it was coming soon. I asked for a refund and to cancel order as it has been over 2 hours and they said they would not offer any refund at this time. Pizza arrived at 7:15pm without any popcorn chicken and the pizza crust was mostly burnt. I called back, and again told me I could not get a refund nor would they refund me for the chicken that was missing. I was told they would send the popcorn chicken right over and it has been 2 hours again and no chicken has arrived and never ended up showing up. Absolutely pathetic customer service and quality of pizza. Will never be ordering from here again

The pizza was absolutely delicious fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The customer service was excellent as the staff were welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend for anyone craving quality pizza and great service!

I ordered the Tandoori Paneer pizza and was really disappointed. It was way too tangy, had very few toppings, and the overall taste was completely off. Definitely not worth it.

The worst and ridiculous experience ever

Last night I was there at 10 pm I ordered Via uber and the estimated time for my order was 10:05pm and I get there around 10:10 and what I saw there like there were three girls but none of them were working. I know when we open the front door it has a bell on it so it says door open. I open the door, but nobody come up on the counter to say to ask me what’s up how can I help you when I get in? I waited there three minutes that somebody can come up but nobody was there then I go ahead and check in the kitchen? I saw three girls two of them were sitting on the shelf with the phone and the other girl was standing just next to them, and I was already looking on all of them. After waiting few minutes I asked for my order and then one of the girls said it takes 10 minutes.

Like this was the worst customer service I ever get if they don’t want to work, they don’t need to be there .

I want that management should take action on them.
