Not sure what has happened in those 20 odd years but the quality went downhill.
I noticed it back in 2009 and even in 2023 when I bought two slices from here, the results always made sick.

I have been ordering pizza from this location for over a year now. So as i did order a vegetarian pizza today, and just to let you all know in my religion we don’t eat pork or beef. And today I found pepperoni in my pizza which is ridiculous, I don’t know how can some one put pepperoni as a topping when it clearly says on the order only veggies. And therefore I decided to complaint about this incident to the pizza pizza. And what they told me was so unfair. They offered to give me a replacement for this foolishness of them. But i said I don’t want a replacement because what you did is hurtful to me and my religion. A mere replacement of the item won’t going to undo what you guys did. So i just asked him is this how you treat your loyal customers? And there i got my asnwer he(manager) said there’s nothing much i can do on my end rather then providing you a store credit or 50% credit on you next order. How could you don’t do anything about this negligence!! I request to everyone out there to raise your voice if you come across something like this. And pizza pizza you just lost a customer today.

Must try there Butter chicken base sauce Pizza with veggies on the top along with cheese garlic drizzle .. i have been trying this pizza every week and kind of love this .. taste is so amazing …you urge to order it again and agin ??

We placed an order today and pre-paid for it. We added a $15 tip at checkout. When the delivery driver got to our door he was very upset and rude and asked why we didn’t tip. We told him we added it on checkout. When we checked the receipt it wasn’t there. I called the restaurant and they told us it was our responsibility to check the receipt after payment to ensure the tip was loaded onto the order. We told him we had done that but when the payment was processed it was no longer there. He said we should have called the restaurant to place a tip that way… I told him your website should just function correctly. Won’t be ordered from here again since the staff won’t take responsibility for issues with their website and are putting the responsibility of these errors on their customers. Terrible customer service from both the delivery person and the store.
I ordered 6 cheese/extra cheese base pizza with no extra toppings on thick crust. I got thin crust pizza that too with nearly not at all any closer taste with cheese base pizza. It was completely dissatisfying, I would like to have the refund.

Stromboli (pepperoni) was very boring. Needed sauce in it. Or at least on the side. Couldn't eat it.Poutine wasn't bad for frozen fries. But the gravy was like water

Pizza was cold and all ingredients fell off, no cheese. Garbage. Stick to making Falafels.
