I placed an online order for this restaurant after 25 minutes when I reached at the restaurant there was a GUY working wearing cal who didn’t even smile or greet hello, hi nothing asked me in a bad what i am here for, i told i made an online, he said he didn’t even start making i have to pay first, then he can start making my order. I observed that he didn’t wash his hands after handling the cash also wiped his nose on the back of his hand. I asked him a question about my order he didn’t seem like he wanted to answer and then spoke to another coworker in a different language, and both laughed so, i felt it was in response to my question. Or maybe he has a language barrier.
I assume he was the owner of this restaurant i heard complaining about no business to the other customers When i reached home whole pizza was burnt i can see why there is no business for this poor old guy. I request everyone to save their money and stomach, he didn’t even know how to make pizza .

Zero stars. Cashier was in a rush to get our order, asked for plant based pepperoni in a pazerotti, got home and found out it was real meat after two bites. First time eating meat in 10 years. Returned to the location to complain and was told by the same cashier that there is only pepperoni here which is flat out a lie. My mistake for not reading the other reviews before and I will not be returning.

You walk in and the two men behind the counter don’t acknowledge you. Mid order the guy at the register just walked away…? So another guy tried to help us. He screwed up our order. Big difference between the plant based chicken sandwich and the original. Got home and was served real meat. Greasy. The bun was soaked. No hi, bye, thank you. Just the worst service ever. There was ONE other person in there. They were not overwhelmed with orders. Just terrible service. Wrong food. No kindness. First and last time ordering from pizza pizza. You should have to pass a test of manner to own a franchise.

I have ordered pizza pizza many times from other locations. This experience was not the same and usual standard I have experienced. I have asked for hot sauce on half of the pizza and for it to be well done. It was the first time I have ordered the XXL pizza and true disappointment and from this location. The pizza dough was not baked through and was almost raw below the toppings even with the mention of well done and hot sauce was all over and not just half as requested. I recon even the raccoons will not touch it until garbage day comes. My word of advice is save your money and the stomach pains either choose a different location or check your pizza before accepting it.

Bad service , lying to the customers , I came at 1:25 , I have my own order , I ordered it from Uber App, the guy with mustache told me it need more 20 minutes , ( he don’t want to make my order (wings ) because I saw someone other inside cleaning and preparing themselves to quit, and close , although they have more than 20 minutes to close .. Run away from this store
