My friend and I ordered 2 small pizzas because he likes his pizza TOTALLY DIFFERENT than me. They sent one large pizza with his specs. I couldn't eat it because he has the garlic sauce. And there was a hand written message inside the box stating that they ran out of small boxes. WHT wouldn't they put the 2 small pizzas each in a medium box or a large boxes?? I have a picture. And what really bothers me is that I'm the one that paid for the pizzas

Well I can't beleave this .I never order from pizza pizza but today I thought I would try them omg I remember why 5 times just to take my number attest 15 minutes to take my order so after a hour wait I call back omg the order was never place like really anyways pizza pizza sucks as I'm doing this review the pizza I order from small

I walked in and asked for a X-large cheese pizza. I thought we would have to wait but the gentleman turned around and grabbed one from behind him. I was confused as it wasn’t under a heat lamp or being kept warm in anyway, I figured it was something someone had just ordered then cancel. He handed it to me & I specifically asked is it fresh ? He said yes and opened it up. I should have known by the way it looked but I trusted his words since I wasn’t able to touch it or eat it of course. I get home & this pizza take a bite and like it’s been sitting there since yesterday. I am not impressed. I specifically asked the guy if it was fresh and told it was. Next time I will wait the 10-20 minutes for a fresh one. VERY DISAPPOINTED 😔

Worst service every. Staff is not trained in customer service. Language barrier is evident in their speech pattern. Will definitely never go back. Strongly suggest not to give them any business. Food was burnt and soggy. Service was terrible.

I ordered a slice of cheese pizza and it was literally crunchy like it had been made yesterday and it was so thin with a horrible ratio of sauce to cheese. There was more sauce than cheese. The cheese was not at all stringy and warm. It was crunchy. It ruined my whole day and shattered my expectations for this pizza pizza in Hamilton.
I asked for extra sauce and literally he made a lasagna out of my pizza one of the worst cutting jobs even it was as if they were drinking and making pizza so disgustingly unappetizing sloppy job sloppy place do not recommend

I bought the chicken pizza yesterday for 17$ and I could find only few pieces of chicken. It is not worth to pay this much money for this pizza. I would not reccomend this place…I had the same kind of pizza from another locations and it tastes really good but not this one.
We ordered over the phone we got a extra large pepperoni pizza and a regular poutine the pizza was burnt and was missing cheese the poutine wasn't cooked properly and for 6 dollars it was a very bad amount
