So, feeling the Xmas spirit and tipped $4 with my debt thinking it goes to the hard working low paid employees. I asked the person at the cash after I paid if they receive the tips. They said no!!! Are you kidding me. This practice is bsolutely wrong and so disgusting of pizza pizza to have that option at payout. Please explain to this post where that tip out goes.

The person that served me didn’t wash his hands after handling cash, before he starting making someone else’s order. Also wiped his nose on the back of his hand.
He was dismissive of me when I walked in. I asked a question, he didn’t seem like he wanted to answer - and then spoke to another coworker in a different language, and both laughed. - so I feel it was in response to my question.
It’s a crappy pizza anyway, everywhere else is better. Not sure why I ordered it. Nostalgia of college days maybe?
Anyway, I’m writing this while waiting for our order…. They didn’t even start it until I arrived, and I ordered it online ahead of time.
Every single time my food gets sent to me from this location it never comes correct. I ordered an extra large for topping pizza they never gave me the thick crust, I didn't get the oregano free topping, and they never put the olive oil on my pizza either. This is an issue that seems to happen every single time I order pizza pizza and it comes from this restaurant. This isn't the first time I've complained about this. I'd love it if the owner would reply or maybe even give me a call. Because I will come down to the store and I will talk to the Cook and I will be vulgar and violent. The only instruction they seem to get correctly was cheese on the top.
