10/10- new owners took over and they are too nice! I work up the street at the hospital and theyll always stay open so i can call in an order for after my shift is done and pick it up! Not to mention offering us the left over slices on more than one occasion to take home for my kids… if you had a sub par experience there in the past give them another try, theyre under new ownership and definitely deserve the business because they go above and beyond and truly deserve it! So refreshing to see a business that cares about their customers experience

The best pizza in Canada resides within this institution. The crust, immaculate. The sauce, mouthwatering. The cheese, scrumptiously stimulating. The toppings, perfection. The atmosphere, electric. A pizza has never been made like this one. Without an intervention from god, a pizza will never be made like this one again. The owner of this business is a rude, misogynist, racist, entitled man, that treat people badly, humiliate customers and employees.. don’t go there if you value your dignity and your integrity! Treated me badly because the transaction fail the first time! You are ruining this franchise!!! Food is terrible! Bad higiene! Sam the world owes you nothing! Is the worst customer service ever! When I pay $15 for a calzone I expect it to be the best calzone ever. Instead i got a small balloon of a calzone and the sauce that came along with it was watery and extremely disappointing much like the calzone. Overpriced and mediocre food and the website bugs out often
They forgot to add salt to the pizza. Probably a one time error, but it spoiled my pizza.

1st time trying this pizza!Feel the toppings could be a bit more generous as well dough cooked well done.I don't eat out often maybe 4 times a year at most.Would recommend the pizza it was not greasy with good taste.Service was excellent with a chill environment.Staff member on shift was professional in both appearance and demeanor,Polite spoke good English.
