Do not order from here via Uber Eats, I accidently placed an order with the wrong items and they refused to refund my order, I cancelled within 10-20 seconds and I was still charged money. Neither Popeyes or Uber Eats were helpful in trying to find a solution. They took my money and I got nothing, I was left hungry.

I went to this location today and I was very disappointed with the way the employees handled the situation after I got a combo with fries and saw there were very few fries and I want inside to ask when I said this looks less then a size small and the employee handed me a a little paper bag and said this is what a size small is and said I still gave u extra. And too be honest this is the second time something like this has happened I honestly recommend the Rymal road location.

Wow I had a problem with our food last night I called today to speak to someone about my food and he said call tomorrow you speak to manager and then hang up on me my food was not good hard and dry the worst food and service ever I will be speaking with the manager and reporting the guy has well .. he would even give me his name

I ordered via Uber Eats. Ordered 6pack of biscuits with a large 5-piece chicken tender combo. I was missing the biscuit that should have come with the meal, and the 6pack were overcooked. Otherwise the meal was good
