Popeyes Chicken Center Mall Barton

I ordered some chicken tenders and normal fried chicken combos which I was told would take 15 minutes. I sat down to wait for my order to be called. 20 minutes later I had yet to hear my number so I went to the counter and asked if they forgot about me. Which they did, my food had been ready for some time sitting under the warmers. They never called my order. Good thing I asked.
Once I got my food and proceeded the leave the paper bag handle almost immediately broke, I nearly dropped my food. After I saved my food from spilling the drink tray nearly folded in half and my drinks almost spilled everywhere. Both the bag and the tray were very low quality. Overall very frustrated with the service and quality of packaging. On a positive note the fries and chicken were good. But it’s not enough for me to want to return.

ordered there a couple times now, and they have gotten my order wrong twice now.

Worst food ever tried.

Chicken was raw. I tried to chew it for a few minutes and in the end I had to spit it out.

I went to the counter and showed it to the giy thst was working there, and I asked him for an explanation and He literally said, “it’s because the chicken is old”

Unbelievable, I won’t ever try this place again.

I’m actually really sad to put a one star this is a place go all the time and will no longer go I Oder my food they told me it would take some time so they could fresh make it I was there the hole time they put the stuff in a microwave I’m upset that I asked these people if they’re putting my food in the microwave and then I want it freshly cooked as it’s tenders and that’s what it’s supposed to be… if I wanted microwaved food I would eat at home

Raw chicken 🤮 worst popyes 👎

The worst experience I've had at Popeyes to date. 13 bucks for a combo...small soda, chicken sandy, and 11 French fries. Pure trash, I watched her take fries out of my box to put back in the heating tray. When I asked they play the "I don't understand card" take your money anywhere else.
