it was an emergency for me to use washroom, they couldn't let me hi in without order. So i ordered a small fries worth 3.5 cad and the washroom i get tk use is in oicture below guys !!

Worst popeyes in hamilton. Asked them for spicy chicken they made me wait 10 mins just to give me regular chicken even tho they said spicy gonna take 10min. And instead of puttin fries in the box with the chicken like every other popeyes they put the fries separate in a tiny fries container. Cheap and sad place. Never again. 0 star all around.

Very racist restaurant first of all they close the bathrooms they don’t allow people to use it, some certain people they know they can use it
I never seen this in CANADA before!
Also the food is cold after waiting 30 minutes and oil is old it doesn’t taste proper I have been customer for years but I’ll never come to these people again it waste of time and money

Just found a bone in my chicken nuggets!

I visited Popeyes around 11 PM for a late-night snack, and my experience was a mixed bag. I ordered the chicken nuggets and the blackened cauliflower. While the taste was decent, the blackened cauliflower was far too salty to enjoy—definitely not up to the usual standard. The chicken nuggets were fine, but nothing extraordinary.

As for customer service, it was okay. The staff was polite, but the overall service didn’t feel particularly special or welcoming. I didn’t have any major issues, but there wasn't anything that stood out as exceptional either.

I’d say this location needs to work on consistency, especially with food quality. The saltiness of the cauliflower was a real turnoff, and the overall experience left a lot to be desired.

Management please note i was just there today for a late lunch. This is the only location in Hamilton I will go to.. the staff here is incredible.. way to go boys! See yall next week!
