Worst Popeyes experience ever. Ordered the Tuesday Special and got a tiny, pathetic chicken piece that looked like scraps — I even took a picture because it was that bad. When I complained, the staff argued instead of fixing it. Terrible food, terrible service. Corporate needs to step in before this location loses even more customers.

Having been a long-time customer of KFC, I recently decided to try Popeyes after hearing about the restaurant’s high standards, commitment to cleanliness, and the fact that the chicken served is Halal.
Upon my visit with my wife and daughter, we were warmly welcomed by the manager, Mr. Nazer, who immediately set the tone for an exceptional dining experience. He personally introduced himself and took the time to walk us through the menu, carefully explaining the quality of ingredients and the standards that Popeyes upholds. His knowledge, patience, and genuine passion for the brand were truly remarkable.
Mr. Nazer went above and beyond by offering tailored recommendations to suit the dietary needs of my wife and daughter, which we found extremely helpful. Throughout our meal, he checked in with us to ensure everything was satisfactory, even stopping by our table to ask if we needed anything further, such as sauces or additional items.
In all my years of dining, it is rare to encounter a manager who demonstrates such dedication, compassion, and professionalism. Mr. Nazer is not only a leader but also a true ambassador for the Popeyes brand. I believe Popeyes is very fortunate to have someone of his caliber representing them.
As a doctor, I value quality, cleanliness, and care deeply, and I can confidently say that Popeyes delivers on all of these fronts. I will be highly recommending this location—and Mr. Nazer in particular—to my colleagues and fellow hospital staff.

She offered excellent food recommendations, demonstrating a deep knowledge of the brand, and handled our order with the utmost professionalism and efficiency. Her courteous demeanor made our visit thoroughly enjoyable. Additionally, the manager, Nazer , came to the front to personally greet customers, which further elevated the experience. I placed an uber order and I made a request TO REEJUNA and she was very humble to complete it as it takes time and she did it while working in a busy schedule . I tried the same request at other places to but REEJUNA accepted my request and completed it at the first time only. It was my first time trying popeys too and my experience says it is great service

My recent visit to Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen was extremely disappointing. From the slow, disorganized service to the subpar food quality, the entire experience fell far below expectations.
I ordered the Chicken Sandwich, but what I received was dry, overcooked chicken with barely any seasoning—nothing like the juicy, flavorful meal advertised.
To make matters worse, the staff seemed rude, indifferent and inattentive.
