Disorganized not ready to serve food. 24 minutes for a sandwich, most likely more as I had to leave(30 minute lunch break). Hopefully a less fortunate person was given the meal after I left.

The service wasn't that great to begin with, and basically, all the tables were dirty. Also, they had none of the buttermilk ranch dip as apparently it had been recalled. Then, to add to it, the macaroni & cheese side dish was gone, and I'm positive that at one time, they had fish & chips on their menu. It definitely wasn't a good experience in general at all at the location near Jackson Square. We probably won't ever be going back to any of the locations in the foreseeable future as the quality of the chain is just beyond garbage.

This is an incredibly difficult review for me to write due to prior experience working late nights by myself in a fast food setting and closing up at 2:00 a.m. while dealing with the unexpected.. I wholeheartedly believe this is a management issue...
At best, the food was alright.. it was what was expected from fast food... the sandwichs are decent, and sides were mediorce, and the atmosphere is what is maintained by corporate...
However, the service on the other hand is where everything falls apart...
I placed my order ahead of time on UberEats for pick-up (NOT delivery)... I did not recieve my order until nearly half an hour later than the indicated pick-up time...
Normally, I would not care and maintain my patience, but there were two gentlemen in front of me that had to explicitly inform the customer service representative that they had to return to their vehicle because their fare had expired due to the wait. In the meantime, another customer walked in who appeared to be friends with an employee slapped a $5.00 bill on the counter and told him to "make me a sandwich". He was in and out with his "order" within 5 minutes....
I don't know what is happening... but since this, I've referred anymore craving anything similar to the products offered over to Kajun at Jackson Square...
