HORRIBLE!The drum stick smell like raw eggs couldn’t finish it, like it was fried in oil from 5+ days ago, the thighs were really dry like they were sitting all day in the warmer. What’s up with the wings? I’ve never seen Popeyes served like this before. The drink when I first got it the straw wouldn’t go through because it was filled with Ice barely any juice, two sips and I was done!Anyways WORST Popeyes I’ve ever been to!Oh and why isn’t the accessible button working??

DEC 2023Good service from the ladies in the front of the house, sandwiches are bomb.Only critique i have is the gentleman in the back ( clearly visible to customers) needs to change his gloves after using and charging his phone as gloves don't stop transmission when touching personal items and handling food afterwards.Update 4-2-24 rating edit to single starI would appreciate when staff is making and preparing my food that they wouldn't handle their cell phone and go back to preparing my burger unless your gloves are removed and replaced. Unhealthy Food&Hygiene practices!!
Dumas manager refuses to pay for their own mistake of forgetting to give biscuits and onion rings. The most important thing is that their attitude is super bad and they refuse to admit that they did not give the biscuits on purpose because the person was pointing in the bag and told me there was biscuits and onion

i give this place a solid 0/10 i found a dead fried rat in my chicken box after i ate 3 pieces i don’t know what was wrong with my fountain drink but it tasted like watered down coffee when i got a dr pepper. now i’m on way to the ER to get my stomach

Order through Uber Eats. I see my delivery driver get there and he calls me and tells me you guys are gonna be 25 minutes before the food is ready. Meanwhile, you had one customer in the store and 4 workers. Do an absolutely nothing very pathetic.
I have traveled more than 20 km to grab some food as the Google map is showing the store open but when I reached there its closed already.

Bought chicken from these guys yesterday, the best place to get fresh, juicy chicken. The team seemed so nice , welcoming. All giggling faces as they were enjoying their work. The manager has the best customer service. Took long to give me order but she was so calm and had the best attitude in customer service. The cook and the other girl were aligned perfect, helping each other. A must visit place in every which way. The chicken was the best.
