This is my third time visiting this Popeyes location, and unfortunately, each experience has been consistently disappointing, if not concerning. On a previous visit, my family and I became sick after eating the chicken, which we strongly suspect caused a stomach bug. I gave the restaurant another chance, thinking it might have been a one-off issue.

This time, I ordered something simple: just fries and coleslaw. Shockingly, even that went wrong, the coleslaw was clearly rotten, with a sour smell and spoiled taste. It was completely inedible.

At this point, it's clear there are serious quality control and food safety issues at this location. I rarely leave reviews, but repeated incidents like this are unacceptable. I urge management to take food handling and cleanliness much more seriously, because customers shouldn't have to worry about getting sick from a fast food meal.

Until major improvements are made, I cannot recommend this location to anyone.

Amazing customer service coming back for sure !!

This store has gotten worse as we go there more often we started with full pieces of chicken and now we started getting oily chicken and not even with the full piece we get breast chicken and we receive a bone with a little bit of chicken. The service messes up your orders you pay a large amount of money for a meal that cant make a small family full.

Just ordered 2 combos from here and we got none of the sauces we paid for, we got no biscuit and both ghost pepper wings which we can’t eat ( too hot for my kids and me included) we asked for regular non spicy I don’t know if it’s laziness and not wanting to make what we asked for but it’s really irritating a whole meal my family can’t eat..

Edit: wtf is this? Ordered 12 pcs chicken, they gave me all tiny pieces. (Fork for scale).
Doesnt even fill half the box.
Normally u cant even close the box.

The workers there kicked out my daughter and her friend group in the freezing cold because they weren’t able to dine in while they were not doing anything but just enjoying their lunch.

The chicken strips taste like 3D meat, it had a rubbery texture as if it was a man made 3D printed meat.
