We ordered through Uber Eats from this Popeyes location and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.

We ordered chicken wings and two regular dark (two-piece dark meat). The food quality was extremely poor. The two-piece chicken had a very unpleasant smell, almost as if the chicken was not fresh. It had that strong odor you sometimes notice when chicken has been sitting for a couple of days, which immediately raised concerns about freshness.

In addition, the chicken did not seem properly cooked. Parts of it were undercooked inside, which made it completely inedible and honestly quite worrying.

The chicken wings were also very disappointing. They were extremely small, almost completely dried out, and had barely any meat on them. It felt like eating small, over-peppered pieces with almost no substance — mostly just surface coating and spice, without actual meat.

This was by far the worst fast-food experience I’ve ever had. I will not be ordering from this location again, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend it.

I ordered an 8 piece of chicken pretty good
It was a little overcooked and salty, too high of an oil temperature can dry out chicken. That possibly could be the case here. Im not an expert but I do make fried chicken 6 or 7 times a year
The biscuits were a a bit dry but good
The fries were great the service was quite good. The restaurant was very clean. Costumers seemed happy and steady.

Disrespectful worker stepped on my shoe left a big imprint on my shoe and she did not even apologize she looked at me and smirked and she was yelling at everyone in the store making a big commotion you guys should get rid of her.

Made an order last night through app for pickup. It was the worst time ever from Popeyes in general. The wings were clearly frozen and they tasted so bad. The chicken pieces smelt and tasted weird too. I hope this is just a one time issue as I am a big fan of Popeyes.
