The Porcelain Hotpot Lounge was okay, but I wouldn’t say it was worth the $30+ all-you-can-eat price. A lot of the items from the self-serve bar weren’t available, and none of the sauces or sides were labeled, which made it a little confusing. Service could have been better, and the restaurant felt a bit plain with no music, no TVs, and no air-conditioning, so it wasn’t the most comfortable atmosphere.
What I did enjoy was their imported drinks selection—it was a nice highlight and something you don’t see everywhere.
Overall, though, I think there are better hotpot options nearby that offer more variety, atmosphere, and value. Personally, I’d recommend checking out The Perfect Meat Bowl instead.

Unfortunately, I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the incredibly rude staff. From the moment we walked in, we were met with attitude instead of a warm welcome. The staff seemed annoyed to answer simple questions and made no effort to be polite or helpful.
Customer service was clearly not a priority here, and it completely ruined what could’ve been a decent dining experience. I’ve been to many places where even if the food isn’t perfect, the staff make you feel valued — that was absolutely not the case here.
Won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who expects even basic courtesy.

My food was served late, and even then, it wasn’t prepared or presented properly. Honestly, it felt like they don’t value customers at all.
