Horrible customer service the last year. My order had an item not in stock so the entire order was not prepared. Arrived 20 minutes later for pick up and the pizza was not prepared at all. I was told it would be another 20 minutes to a half hour to prepare, its winter outside. Regardless of a side the order should have been fulfilled as the pizza wasn't the issue. Onion rings were.
The service has been declining the last few years as I am a regular and there have been a lot of issues with payment and communication with the staff recently. Having my order not prepared after a significant length of time and given excuses for said reason being the side order they have lost my business for good. Do not order here. The quality of the food is mid at best. The customer service sucks and they hardly understand English and math esp coins when there is an issue. They sure understand money and tips tho however

Mediocre at best. Most of the employees are sitting around watching bollywood movies. The employees are rude, entitled. Everytime i go there, they always have earphones in and seem to be annoyed that I am ordering food. Like getting food from them is an inconvenience. Find a better place to order pizza.

I just had the worst experience with the most ignorant and rude woman I’ve ever met. Not only was my pizza that was preordered not even put in the oven but when it was done she didn’t even look at the tickets and she knew it was for me and just tossed it on the oven. Didn’t place it. Tossed it. When ANOTHER employee had to tell her to give me my pizza she just handed it to me and walked away and made me wait longer for someone so I can pay for it. This woman should be fired and never work with customers again!

I don't know how long we've been ordering from this place but food quality has gone drastically down hill. It used to be amazing pizza and wings. Second to only one other place we've enjoyed in Hamilton. Now though, I don't think I'll be ordering again. Orders get messed up, no napkins etc even when requested, food not fully cooked or over cooked. I understand being busy but quality and customer service used to be important to companies. 😞

Worst pizza ever!!! First delivery took forver. When it finally arrived it wasn't even hot. I asked for well done I got barley cooked. It had a funky smell and it tasted like musky dirty socks. And when I called the store to complain they said they can't do anything about it. Very unprofessional waste of money. Definitely would not recommend and will not be ordering from here again.

Waited 20 mins knocked on the front counter asked was anyone there heard people in the back came back 20 mins later ordered a medium pep pizza it was undercooked and had gray and black hairs on it threw it out

Placed an order for delivery 2 pizzas and wings combo, when I noticed the wings came breaded I called to double check because I have a wheat allergy in my house and they told me that the wings were made breaded this time( I forgot to specify on the phone originally) so when I called back to make sure, they offered to send me a replacement of non breaded wings to me which was very nice. Waited about 40 minutes before I called back to which the girl on the other end who took the previous call and said they’d send the replacement told me that we never placed an order with them and they have no record of our order and that “this was the first time speaking to her”. After explaining the situation to her she seemed like she thought I was trying to scam her for some wings so I ended up just hanging up and picked some non breaded wings up elsewhere. Very dissapointed. Not the first time this location has let me down. Not sure why I keep ordering from them..

My mom and i came here and there was trash all over the floor, and even though we were the only ones there, there were four people standing behind the counter talking and they didn’t even acknowledge us. We waited until a lady from the back who was making the pizza took our order.
We went to the park next to wait for our pizza to be cooked and came back and again no one even noticed we were there. We stood there maybe ten minutes before they noticed and by then our pizza was already ready and sitting there luke warm.
The quality of the pizza was terrible and tasted like cafeteria food. I would not recommend this place at all
