Waited 20 mins knocked on the front counter asked was anyone there heard people in the back came back 20 mins later ordered a medium pep pizza it was undercooked and had gray and black hairs on it threw it out

Placed an order for delivery 2 pizzas and wings combo, when I noticed the wings came breaded I called to double check because I have a wheat allergy in my house and they told me that the wings were made breaded this time( I forgot to specify on the phone originally) so when I called back to make sure, they offered to send me a replacement of non breaded wings to me which was very nice. Waited about 40 minutes before I called back to which the girl on the other end who took the previous call and said they’d send the replacement told me that we never placed an order with them and they have no record of our order and that “this was the first time speaking to her”. After explaining the situation to her she seemed like she thought I was trying to scam her for some wings so I ended up just hanging up and picked some non breaded wings up elsewhere. Very dissapointed. Not the first time this location has let me down. Not sure why I keep ordering from them..

My mom and i came here and there was trash all over the floor, and even though we were the only ones there, there were four people standing behind the counter talking and they didn’t even acknowledge us. We waited until a lady from the back who was making the pizza took our order.
We went to the park next to wait for our pizza to be cooked and came back and again no one even noticed we were there. We stood there maybe ten minutes before they noticed and by then our pizza was already ready and sitting there luke warm.
The quality of the pizza was terrible and tasted like cafeteria food. I would not recommend this place at all

So me and my friend ordered a large pizza we waited over an hour the box was soaking wet my finger Pierce The box we also had mozzarella sticks one of them had no cheese in it any other five were so overcooked they were crunchy I couldn't even bite into it and the cheese was like rubber they were definitely overdone cooked way longer than what they were supposed to and there was no parchment paper inside to soak up the grease like nothing the presentation was horrible we then continued to inspect the pizza all the toppings where stuck to the top of the box and obviously got tipped over in the car or put in the bag wrong we did phone over and complain they said they'd make us a new pizza because we had waited so long I was hungry so I took a bite of one of the slices and it was that bad that I had to spit it out the green peppers weren't green they were definitely bad it smells and tastes like I had inhaled alcohol in the back of my throat we phoned back over and so we no longer want the replacement pizza that our stomach's are turned and we were appalled by the presentation and that we wanted our money refunded we were told that that was not possible that they had made the pizza for us and there was nothing they could do and they weren't willing to help us in any way they didn't care how we felt that we had eat inappropriate food that was bad they just didn't care about the customer service and they didn't care what we were in eating but you know they got $40 plus tip what can I say about that go go Queen pizza you got our money but we didn't get anything to eat guess we're going to bed hungry tonight U naughty kittens kittens you lost your mittens and you shell get no pizza

I've been eating pizza from here for at least 25 years and only 3 times was something incorrect with my order.
I placed a $120 order yesterday. I asked for a few pizzas and 3 different flavored wings and plates/napkins/cutlery for everyone back home for the party. Unfortunately they forgot to bring plates/napkins/cutlery and 1 of the flavor of wings was not correct. So I called and I let them know and they said they would fix that and the driver came back and dropped off the plates/napkins/cutlery and the 20 proper wings.
No real hassle or anything. Again, this is the 3rd time a mistake in 25 years. Mistakes happen and I understood that. I don't blame them or anything like that. Stuff happens and they corrected it.
I'll continue to grab a slice or place an order as I normally do. Thanks Queens Pizza!
