When I moved to Queen street area 14 years ago. This place was highly recommended. And it was really good. But about 4 or 5 years ago this place when right down the s__ter. Under cook pizza, rude and ignorant employees. Too many bosses. Not enough worker. And ALL the garbage on the right side of building. Can you imagine what running around inside it. This used to be a place to get a good pizza but not anymore.

Ordered off of Uber late at night and honestly was a mistake, rating on there is much different than here. Glad I got a deal and only spent $15 for them to send me two REHEATED pizzas that were probably made ages before I even made my order. Gross, do better

Used to like it. Last several months has just been awful. Bugs in food, wrong food, burnt or mushy food, damaged food, forgot our delivery completely or took way too long a few times. Awful customer service. I gave them sooo many chances but now I am done.

I've been ordering Queens pizza for 9 years never any complaints. I order today took forever. Came not hot but actually cold. I don't expect it to be super hot by delivery but cold? I specifically order here too now that I'm gluten free, because their gluten free dough has always been great. Today it tasted like cardboard. Honestly borderline not edible. Queens has very much disappointed me today.
I want to thank everyone for their accounts of how they were treated here. My husband and I were extremely excited to order from here as we are new to the neighborhood and this was the most convenient pizza place to walk to.However, upon doing the LIGHTEST amount of research, we do not feel comfortable giving these people a single dollar. We are okay with a few bad reviews, but the overwhelming complaints of terrible service, and especially the several complaints of undercooked chicken, I think we will be walking to get something different tonight.I hope that when these people finally go out of business a pizza place who is polite to their customers, and can actually get an order cooked and delivered accurately takes over. This neighborhood doesn't need business owners who treat their customers in the way I have read here today.

Absolutely horrible service they really could care less. I ordered my pizza and wings around midnight and didn't receive it until 2:40. I called them many times asking where it was and got no answers. They also wrote down the wrong address for the poor delivery guy. I wouldn't have paid for it but I figured they would probably make the delivery guy pay for it or something like that. Then when I did get the food it was terrible. Very over cooked and small chicken wings that tasted like they hadn't changed their oil in a long time. Will never ever order from there again id rather starve.

Cheap pizza, sort of in the quality range of frozen. The inside of this restaurant looks absolutely filthy. Garbage on the floor, cob webs covered in grease, a general old and dirty looking interior.
