Queen's Pizza and Wings

After an isolated issue which can happen to anyone I have to say this place really rectified the issue and I will not stop ordering from here!! And since then my family and myself have enjoyed there pizza and wings.. we normally get the party slab pepperoni for 4 growing children and the wings bbq extra sauce, 6 pack of soda, garlic bread with cheese! Give it a try you won't be disappointed!

I don't like to do bad reviews but I order a few times from here and everytime I orde from here I have had diarrhea... At first I thought I might have just been a coincidence but not I am certain. Not too mention I ordered from here and got my good delivered in an hour???

My family orders from here often. We got a BBQ Chicken Pizza. Thinking it's a normal BBQ Chicken pizza that comes with BBQ sauce for the base how other normal pizza place does it. We got tomato sauce on a BBQ chicken pizza. He blames me for the mistakes which i took accountability for but was truly dissatisfied as you can hear from my voice and explanations. He told me next time to tell them specifically BBQ base on the pizza. But as a BBQ Chicken pizza it should normally come with BBQ sauce. You could've reassure me. We had the whole full pizza still that I could've returned. No one ate the pizza, took one bite and we wanted to barf. Customer service was awful. Never coming back here again. Wasted my money and time.

Did order chicken pizza and there was barely any chicken on pizza . The chicken on pizza was looked like it was so dry and very small pieces .never gonna come back agian to this pizza store.

Ordered two large pizzas, a cheese and a pepperoni in advance. Staff was friendly and helpful, but the pizza was some of the worst I've ever had. Dough was tough like a frozen pizza. Pepperoni was sparse and barely warmed up. Sauce was unspectacular and acidic.

If you're a 15 year old who needs a quick slice at lunch, I'm not going to judge you, but this is not a pizzeria for people who really enjoy pizza.

Place does not appear to be very clean and prep is not clean either. Cashier had issues with till and someone from the back came to help. He had sauce on his fingers and was pressing buttons on the till, fixed the issue and went back to making pizza. My pizza box also had saucy fingerprints all over. Very unsanitary...please improve prep and sanitary process

So I normally don’t like giving bad reviews but wow this was not great. I got the medium pizza and 10 wings combo $23 with tax. Great price. I waited for approx 40 mins. I don't mind waiting when I’m getting fresh food… The wings were old. They were SO dry and not saucy but it had sauce all over (I got mild)… That tells me they had it sitting in the fridge and they just air fried it or put it in the oven to reheat. The pizza was not greasy and it’s fluffy. BUT where was the sauce?? Did you forget the pizza sauce? Did you run out of pizza sauce? I’ve never had pizza without sauce before… I can now say, I don’t like it. I should be giving you 1 star but I’ll give you two because it was edible. I’ll give you another chance one day and give you a better review when you guys don’t use old chicken wings and give me sauce-less pizza.

I usually don’t write reviews, but my recent visit was truly disappointing. I placed an order expecting a fresh, hot pizza, but when it arrived, it was completely cold. Not just lukewarm—cold. The cheese had hardened, the crust was tough, and it felt like it had been sitting out for a long time before being delivered.
