Queen's Pizza and Wings

So I normally don’t like giving bad reviews but wow this was not great. I got the medium pizza and 10 wings combo $23 with tax. Great price. I waited for approx 40 mins. I don't mind waiting when I’m getting fresh food… The wings were old. They were SO dry and not saucy but it had sauce all over (I got mild)… That tells me they had it sitting in the fridge and they just air fried it or put it in the oven to reheat. The pizza was not greasy and it’s fluffy. BUT where was the sauce?? Did you forget the pizza sauce? Did you run out of pizza sauce? I’ve never had pizza without sauce before… I can now say, I don’t like it. I should be giving you 1 star but I’ll give you two because it was edible. I’ll give you another chance one day and give you a better review when you guys don’t use old chicken wings and give me sauce-less pizza.

I usually don’t write reviews, but my recent visit was truly disappointing. I placed an order expecting a fresh, hot pizza, but when it arrived, it was completely cold. Not just lukewarm—cold. The cheese had hardened, the crust was tough, and it felt like it had been sitting out for a long time before being delivered.

Food is good but order from a different location at all cost. It took 2 hours for me to get my delivery and received
- 3cold pizzas
- 1 pizza wrong
- wings had no sauce
- wedges there is about 15 and that's it
And when I called she hung up on me twice tried to blame the Dundas location. And proceeded to inform me that every time I order I'm always complaining hmmmm maybe cause you put cheese on a pizza that is for someone that can't have any dairy. Clearly have zero regards to anyone but them selfs very disgusted
Last time I will be ordering from them and there customer service, well let's say I don't think they've ever heard of it before extremely rude keeps hanging up on me and I'm expected to pay 70$ for it apparently. Very disgusted.... And too boot they charged me more then what my emailed receipt says. Bunch of frauds refer to photos pizza supposedly has no cheese I see cheese and wings never ordered them dry wheres my sauce?

it took 2 HOURS for my delivery. Even after i got it, the food was terrible. I ordered at 2:20 and got the food at 4:10.
worst uber eats experience ive had.

Looks like a run down hole in the wall, haven’t seen a person handling cash or food wash their hands yet .. Pizza it’s cheap so you get what you pay for, mostly bread and sauce, but depends who’s making it I guess. Their Shawarma Poutine ..I suggest you go next door to Safin grill because I paid 9.99 for gravy that looked like a nasty Gelatinous mass over fries with a conservative amount of meat, no White sauce and didn’t even ask if I wanted hot sauce.. after waiting around for 35 min for that slop. Ok Pizza if you’re trying to save a few bucks avoid everything else

I love this place but please tell your employees to change their gloves. Been sitting in the store for 20 minutes and watched this guy make food , pick up his phone, use the debit terminal and go back to making food all with the same gloves. Gross. Currently at the store now

We ordered the Jumbo Pizza with 10 Wings. Though it came to over $40 it was one of the better pizzas we have had of late. Big slices. Cooked the way we wanted it. We are big wing eaters and thought the wings were pretty good for a pizza place. Will definitely be ordering again.

40 mins after ordering my food, they called to tell me they didn’t have one of my toppings. Then when I asked for a discount, they said for what? Lol. Learn how to run a business.

Ordered two pizzas, wings and wedges they forgot the wedges and messed up the whole one pizza and forgot the wedges with undercooked chicken
Noticed the pizza was wrong and wedges were missing we called and got them to bring the right stuff while putting food onto our plate we realized that the pizza was still doughy and the wings were undercooked there was still blood on the bones
When we called and said the wings were not cooked they told us it is impossible so here are some pictures to prove it, definitely don't order from them I believe it is new owners

Delicious food and too much option for pizza and wings. They also have Pick Up special for pizza.
