It used to be a great place that I went to for over a decade, but shrinkflation and inflation have gotten the better of this place. $20 for halibut and chips is a bit much, especially when the portion has slowly been shrinking. A shame since it's hard to find good fish and chips. Kind of saddening.

We have been customers of Queenston fish & chips for years, tonight was the last. The fish was not cooked through, the chips were half raw and the coleslaw was mush. The young girl behind the counter not only is ignorant but extremely rude and miserable. They have never been a friendly bunch but the food made up for their rudeness. Unfortunately the OVERPRICED food is no longer worth it. Do better Queenston fish & chips!
I used to swear by Queenston Fish and Chips but now ill never return. The owner's have always been a little rude but they made a huge mistake and forget to give us are poutine and left it behind the counter, we called about it and they made us drive back to "Fix" the issue. We thought they were going to make us a new poutine since it had been atleast 30min of driving and would be cold and soggy but they didn't they expected us to take the cold poutine that they forgot to give us, we complained that it was cold and soggy and they refused to fix it and fought with us, the youngest girl was constantly giving us dirty looks. We eventually couldnt handle it anymore and told them we wouldnt be back and havnt gone back since. Best decision we ever made, nobody needs to be treated like that.

Food is great. No complaints. The service has much to be desired. Everyone there is very short with you and it feels like you are bothering them when you order. Be aware that this place is cash only. There is an ATM in the store across the street but it will cost you $2.50 to withdraw money.

Just off the Link access, so it is a very busy intersection here. But there is a good sized parking lot, to pull off the streets. New to the area and only been here twice. But so far the woman who works here is so sweet an wonderful. And the food is great. Good portions and not overly greasy.Parking: On the east side of the building. It is a small/medium sized parking lot. As for "how" busy it is there, this parking lot usually always has LOTS of availability.
