Classic Italian and Angus steak and cheese were amazing. Really enjoyed the clean environment and friendly who we believe to be the owner.
My major factor into this 5 star review is how satisfied and happy I feel after my lunch . Well done my Quiznos upper James. Can't wait to be back very soon!

I used to work at a Quizno's years ago, some locations aren't the same quality anymore BUT this location was amazing. Bread was fresh and they loaded up the Subs. The staff was super friendly and it was a pleasant experience. 5/5 for me.

I have ordered from here many times in the past. But this last time , August 2025, I placed an order through Skip. I had ordered a club sub and with extra meat and guacamole. The amount of meat on the sub would not have covered a basic sandwich, there was no Guacamole with which both added up to $6 up charge. The lettuce was brown and slimy, the tomato was rotten and mush. I would not have fed this to my dog not alone eating it myself. Went straight to the garbage.
I don’t know if they are still part of the franchise but I am guessing they are not. Food was garbage. Will never go or order again. Stay away.

Haven’t been to quiznos in years. I ordered the chicken Carbonara.
I had like 4 tiny slices of chicken on the sandwich with hardly any bacon or mushrooms.
I also asked for extra sauce and i couldn’t even taste it.
It’s almost like the owner is skimping out on ingredients to make money…
I paid 16 dollars for a bland sandwich when i could have went o firehouse and got a loaded sub for the same price.

I had a really disappointing experience at the Quiznos on Mohawk and Upper James in Hamilton. I tried to redeem my Toasty Points ( i have 576 tosty points ), but the owner refused and claimed that head office told him he could deny any customer if they hadn’t been to that specific location which makes no sense to me. I live in Hamilton and work in Oakville, so I visit both locations regularly and have never had this issue elsewhere. On top of that, the owner was very rude and dismissive, which made the situation worse. I’ve always liked Quiznos, but this experience was really frustrating and left me questioning if I’ll return to this location again .

Can in for your Advertise gluten free subs. Upon entry the guy told us he had not had gluten free buns in three weeks. So we left. You should take down your sign off your front window, saying you offer gluten free.

Ordered a 2-for-1 special via UberEats. Only received 1 sandwich (not 2) and it was made wrong! Also I paid an extra $3 for a side of dressing which was not sent at all. My name was written on the bag so it wasn't an order mix-up- just really bad service. Brutal 😕

The service i received here was the best I’ve gotten in a long time! We were greeted as soon as we entered despite them being busy with other guests. The two gentlemen working were so communicative and helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our experience was great. Food was much better/fresher than other Quiznos locations I’ve been to. Would definitely recommend this location!

Ordered BOGO regular Italian. Got only one sandwich. Bread was DRY. Tasted like it had been sitting for well over a day. Called the location 4 times in an attempt to make it right. No answer. I can't believe how much this location has fallen off.

Fodd was amazing chicken carbonara done so beautifully toasted just right so juicy was craving quiznos hit the spot so good I came back two weeks later with the family service was amazing me and the gentleman behing the counter had a great conversation twice yes I've seen people saying slow service it's not slow service he puts love and care into each sub he makes and I admire that the place was well kept and clean will definitely be going back 10/10 yes it was a bit pricey but that's life food cost is at an all time high so I understand
